I would never use DNP.

DNP is great and the sides are overblown.
You just sweat a bit more and feel warm. Not the end of the world. Adding ECA makes you feel completely normal.

Not too hard to think of routines that have compounds exclusively as just few body parts really need isolations: Rear/Side delts, Forearms, Abs and lower back to a small extent. Outside of those pretty much anything can be worked with compounds.

If you have bad form you will hurt yourself. A lot of crossfeet gyms dont teach good form. A lot of people who go to these gyms dont know good form. They end up hurt. That's about it. Besides that, its effective for cardio, but not so much for strength.
