My asshole itches like nuts, but feels fucking amazing when I itch. I get maybe 4 hours of comfort with gold bond but normally I itch it bloody before I realize what I've done.

How do I efficiently continue strength training (5x5 SL), while doing bodyweight conditioning classes followed by BJJ x3 weekly (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)?

I just feel fucking fatigued all week and barely recover over the weekend by the time Monday arrives.

Goal is primarily strength but I'd like to gain more muscle

Eat more. Legitimately do GOMAD in addition to you normal eating.

Naps help. Go to sleep earlier if possible. Epsom salt baths also help.

So /fit/, I decided that on my off days, im gonna do core exercises.

My goal is to be able to FINALLY do dragonflags, I´ve always wanted to do them.

Can anyone recomend me any core workouts, or progression to dragonflags that you have tested, used, and have given you good results?

Why not do them on your lifting days? Going into a squat or deadlift day with an exhausted core is dumb.

tl;dr is foam rolling worth replacing static stretching with?

I am currently working through Stronglifts and I am looking for a short routine I can do to improve my mobility after the lifting routine. My lower back is stiff from not exercising in years, ive been a couch potato for probably a decade.

I was reading the wiki and stumbled upon foam rolling. Many of those links on the wiki are either dead or require a paywall to read, but I managed to find this short routine:

Is it worth buying a foam roller for mobility/flexibility? If so, what routine do you use, when do you use it etc? I am just trying to get opinions from real people who have done this instead of reading through 5,000 fitness advertisements and blogs.
