Im a sweater but i sweat a hell of a lot more now im losing weight, Driclor is your answer, get it from chemists or amazon, stings like a bitch for the first night then the next day your sweat stops coming out of your pits....been a life saver for me

I know how you feel OP. I can't relate that is started when I began lifting but I remeber sitting in class after walking in the dead of winter and having sweat pits. Luckily, I was able to go to the dermatologist and he prescribed me some glycopyrrolate for my hyperhidrosis. I also got some sweatblock off Amazon which is expensive but works well in combo with the meds. Makes my eyes and mouth a bit dry but def worth it. Good luck senpai

12% isn't a guarantee of abs. There was a dude on Alan Thrall's channel who did hydrostatic weighing, got 10%, and didn't have visible abs. Your abs are probably not very big, and you also might have unfortunately loose skin or bodyfat distribution.

How do I sleep better, /fit/?

I was super tired at 11am, got in bed at 11:15. I just tossed and turned for hours, getting hot under my blanket, pillows feeling weird, etc and it's almost 2:30am now.

This happens most nights and while I still get about 8 hours a night due to my working/lifting schedules, I want to start going to bed/waking up earlier

I sleep under a flat sheet with a fan on. I change my pillow cases twice a week. They give the fresh bedding feel, and it helps me sleep. In the winter I just use a 4.5 tog. I can too hot, but never too cold.

You've got to work out your own body.

alternitavely, just wake up earlier and force yourself to go throughout the day, even if you feel like shit, your body will get used to getting up early soon enough

Guys what the fuck is wrong with me?

I was squatting and normally my form is fine. But today I couldn't even squat lmao1pl8 without my lower back starting to get loose. I brace perfectly but even that didn't work. I tried to deload today but clearly I can't even do that so wtf.

Any advice?

I did a lot of mobility work before I hit the gym but I don't know if that caused the loose back.

How do I get rid of splotches of darkened skin from sun damage? Pretty much freckles, I hate taking pictures because the camera always seems to bring out the spots of brown on my skin.

so im trying to gain more muscle mass and im on a 4000 calorie diet per day...

how ever prior to that i fought hard going on a hollywood diet of almost 500 calorie per day to lose all my fat.

the question:

You probably don't need 4000 kCal. 3000 kCal seems more appropriate.

Also, alternate bulking with cutting. Put on, at max, 5-10 lbs before switching back to cutting. So long as you continue lifting weights, your muscle loss should be minimal, and therefore any weight gain you have will be lean for the most part.
