Started cutting 3 months ago at 15% bodyfat. Now I'm 10kg lighter, abs and serratus are very pronounced, BUT my chest fat has not changed at all. Is this a hormonal issue or what? My weight is already extremely DYEL and I'm losing so much muscle trying to burn this fucking shit

What am is supposded to do with my failed reps ?

I do pullups and my goal is 3x8
but after one series I do 2..3..BREAK...rest...4..5..BReak...rest...6..7..break..rest...8.. etc.

Do i get no gains if i fail so bad like i do ?

chest/shoulders/triceps

chest:
incline bench 4x10
bench press 4x10
dips 4x10

shoulders -

shoulder press 3x10
lateral raises 3x12
front raises 3x12

tues - back/bi/traps

back:

lat pull down 4x10
barbell rows 4x10
dumbell rows 4x10

biceps:

ez barbell curls
(the one exercise where u use a reverse grip and bring the bar up to Ur forearms not sure what its called) 4x10
shrugs 4x10

I do those two excercises 4 times a week so it would be like mon-chest/tues-back/bi/thurs-chest/sat-back/bi

Hey, I'm new as you can tell, 125kg from 130, I go to the gym 3 times a week and usually do 10 minutes of cardio and then machine weights for 35 then cardio warm down, is it best to do this when losing weight? Friends that go to the gym just say to lift heavy stuff. 3965 is also my tde? That can't be right.

I have been working out for about a year and a half now and i have decided to start using freeweights. Ive only used machines thus for for a lack of better knowledge and the freeweight sectin at my gym is filled with fucktards. So what routibe should i do? The guy at my gym recommended 4x8 but i wanted /fit/s input aswell.

1. Read SS. No need to actually do SS, just read the book, it will teach you how to do the big lifts without going to snapcity.

2. Do either

- SS + assistance lifts
- Greyskull LP
- Ivysaur's beginner routine

and stick to it for 3 to 6 months.

I posted in powerlifting general the other day asking if 6'10 was too tall to be competitive. They recommended that I do strongman.

Ask other people at your gym if they know any strongman or look up a competition in your area. Also StartingStrongman has a gym tracker you can look up. Typically strongman gyms don't advertise themselves or are in someone's garage. So if you find a competition you can ask the planner of it or find a coach/group that is going to it.

Finding another strongman or a group is the best way to get into it; I found a group only by asking around. I went to a competition as a spectator and asked the strongman after they were done. Other than being able to lift heavy, explosively, and for as many reps as possible, you'll need experience with the implements.

I feel completely alienated from normies. I am tired of "lets hang out" which involves either having drinks or playing videogames. Clubbing/partying, which a lot of people enjoy at the weekend, seem superficial and completely boring to me. Why would you want to poison your body and mind with a shit tier drug like alcohol? My goal in life is not getting married/having a high payed job/being famous. I just want to better myself both physically and mentally. Tired of these normie cunts wasting their youths liking and sharing trivial bullshit on social media.
