Can't do weighted squats because heels lift off the ground, what do anons.

Used to have the same issue, it's really just a mental cue you gotta work through the way you instinctively do things
look into ankle stretches, need to up that mobility.
a lot of people in the west can't squat atg so youre no alone.

Do ankle stretches. While you're working on it you can put small plates under your heels or wear lifting shoes with a raised heel.

wear weightlifting shoes or put a board or weight plates under your ankles
improve your ankle mobility (e.g. by sitting in as deep a squat as you can for a few minutes a few times each day)
