So /fit/, I decided that on my off days, im gonna do core exercises.
My goal is to be able to FINALLY do dragonflags, I´ve always wanted to do them.
Can anyone recomend me any core workouts, or progression to dragonflags that you have tested, used, and have given you good results?
Pic unrelated.

do eccentrics with your knees bent until you can do proper eccentrics
once you can do lots of proper eccentrics do full reps

There's YouTube?

Why not do them on your lifting days? Going into a squat or deadlift day with an exhausted core is dumb.
Train when you train, rest when you rest.

Knee lifts
Laying and Leg lifts
Planks
Bridges(because a strong back is vital.
Legs all the way over your head till your toes can touch the floor or just over your head.
Then you do your first dragon flag....in three months.

On the days that I workout, I alredy train my core.
Yet Im looking to compliment that with another core focused workout on off days.
I do on a normal workout
>sit ups, 5x10
> Oblique crunches, 2x10 each side
>Leg raises, 3x10
thinking of adding planks.
Also, I do back extension, 5x5, for the lower back.
Should I also add hip bridges as>>42165031 said?

Honestly disregard all that fluff and just buy an ab wheel.
