I'm 20, obese, working full time as security, don't sleep well and don't eat well.
What small changes can I make to my lifestyle so I can have more energy during the day? Whenever I eat I feel tired, whenever I'm awake I feel mentally exhausted. My body is ready to react but my mind isn't there. I have to sort out a health insurance issue so no doctor just yet.
My shifts are 8 hours, I get four or so hours of sleep, and I work a 16 hour shift right after the 8 hour at least once a week.

How do I deal with an unforgiving sister? I used to be an unbridled asshole when I was a kid. I hated her, she hated me and she didn't hide it. She's grown up to be one of those strong independent types who feeds on feminist memes all day and I've taken the red pill. I'm smarter and more well-read then her so I'm pretty adept at BTFOing her at any argument but in my older age I've gone away from trying to argue with people all the time and living in peace. I apologized for everything I've ever done to her profusely and at times it seems like we've put it behind us. We're like a normal brother and sister for the most part and I've gotten to the point where I felt like everything was cool. Recently though we got into an argument and it basically descended to the point where she told me she hates me and yet again threw everything I've ever done to her in my face. She has this idea that I do nothing but tear her down but honestly I haven't attacked her personally in years. As a matter of fact, I'm constantly telling her how proud I am of her and what she's doing in her life and she does the same. Whenever she gets the least bit mad though she still attacks me personally at every opportunity and she's said some really hurtful shit. I've developed quite a thick skin because of her but her behavior is just bizarre to me. I don't know how to procede.

I admit it, I often stare at myself in the mirror in boxers or just totally naked for minutes at a time. Every time I see a mirror it's like I can't help it. I am a Hispanic American born here in Miami working at a vitamin factory with a bunch of refugees and non-English speakers. I have been subject to ridicule behind my back because I am a citizen and bilingual. I have been subjected to perform extraordinary tasks by myself and in such a short window of time that I am unable to complete them and am being menaced daily with being fired when the rest of my work group are barely doing anything at all.

I always fail at diets because as soon as I eat anything I end up binging. If I don't eat then I'm not hungry. It's only when I start eating that I have a problem

I am basically retarded when it comes to math. When I was in grade school I paid no attention to anything involving a fraction, a graph, or a decimal. This continued all the way through high school where geometry was the highest math class I took and I only got a c-.
Now I'm in my final summer semester to get my AA degree.
Originally I tested into pre-algebra and put it off until last semester. However, upon taking one week on it. I felt so insulted by how dumb the class was that I chose to drop the class and take advantage of a free crash course my college offered to get refreshed for the placement exams. To have the time take this crash course, I had to take a week off work. I was very obviously the retard in the course, I needed assistance for almost every problem and stayed later than everyone. Somehow this paid off because I tested into intermediate algebra, which is what I need in order to graduate. However, I do not have the time to take the class during the summer(they only offer it in the mornings and I work 8-5.) so I was forced to take it online. This is where my issue begins.
The teacher required you take it on MyMathLab, which does a terrible job at explaining things to you. I have spent hours on single problems. it only allows you three attempts on homework questions, and it doesn't tell you when a question is formatted wrong. So I get correct answers marked incorrect due to format.
And the deadlines are bizarre. He puts them out on Sunday and requires they be complete by Thursday at 8, where every course I have taken online has things due Saturday at midnight. The deadlines do not go well with my job or my obligations to my family while also learning the material, which without someone explaining to my retarded brain why certain things work and some don't has become impossible. I have a full week of 0's and a 32% on this week's quiz. What do I do? I need to pass this class.
