OP here. Ive noticed that the Hispanic races that grew up in their native countries bring back alot of the communist/socialist behaviors they fled from. It has made my workplace a nightmare. I am doing the work of 3 people and still getting paid the same yet being told Im too slow. No one speaks up to the obvious bullshit the company pulls fearing la guardia is going to take them away to be shot. Ive talked to both the supervisor and manager at this point after one of the machines I work on seized up due to insufficient maintenance.
