Lucifer or Satan has been said to be the "Lord of the Power of the Air"... It's possible that this is being said for a reason.

So I plugged the image from wikipedia into error level analysis on a whim, and the islands lit up like Christmas Trees. No other features did, however. This could indicate that the islands were photoshoped onto an image of open ocean from another source... Or it could be nothing, I wont be able to tell unless I can find a comparable image and try that out.

I did however look up the islands supposed coordinates on the VGG maps, and there is rise in the gravity gradient on that exact spot on the sea floor.

It's a phantom island. Basically, some explorers make mistakes in their voyages, make notes on the map saying they passed certain features, and nobody checks it. These get copied over onto new maps, but then when people do actually go to check, they find it no longer exists. Mostly happens in open ocean.
