Im looking for some assistance in figuring something out, /x/. About 6 years ago or so I was meditating in a church. It was a guided meditation at night, in the dark, with candles lit. It was in the chapel of a Lutheran church but it was a non-denominational meditation. Nothing sketchy about it, it's a weekly meeting. I was laying down on a pew looking at the vaulted ceiling in a half-sleep. An adolescent girl, in white with a light glow appeared on my chest with her finger over her lips telling me shhh..as if she was warning me of something. Seconds later a large hooded figure was on top of me, right in my face, with a scary grin. He was pale white, had big black eyes that looked as though his pupil and iris were attached, but larger than normal. He did have white in his eyes also, around the black like a normal person. He had sharp teeth that were like normal human teeth but yellow and larger. I have been scared before in my life but I experienced pure terror. The girl that warned me came into my head and told me "he can't hurt you, he can't hurt you". I stared him straight in the face and told him "you can't hurt me", and he chuckled and disappeared. I felt that the power of the girl was stronger than his, even though she looked 12 or 13. I had never experienced anything like this before and was in good spirits before meditating. I hadn't had a mind-altering substance in a couple of years including alcohol. Anyone know what happened? Figure looked very similar to pic related:

It appears several times in science fiction of different sorts and media. (short story by philip k. dick, some crappy book I read as a kid, Star Control, a certain tabletop rpg game I won't spoiler, surely many more)

What if...?

>Grays are actually future humans.

-It would account for them actually looking human instead of starfish alien
-It would account for human-crewed airship sightings back in the day
-They wouldn't need to come via FTL from a far off starsystem - they'd "only" need a time machine hurr durrr
-Coherent with human trend of neotenization

Does any one have experience in astral projecting ...Iv been projecting with out much though or desire. It just occurs but the farthest iv gotten is briefly peaking out side from a top my roof.

Also very basic questions about the third eye : how are you supposed to "open" it? Is it a one time thing? (like, you open it and it stays open?)

Am i the only person that experiences it? If i die and cant observe/experience anything does the universe cease to exist? How does everyone have their own conscienceness and mind if i'm the only person that can observe?

Hey /X/, had a bit of a weird experience a few days ago and thought you guys could shed some light on it. Don't know how to greentext so you'll just have to read it normally. Anyway, after a long day at college, I stop by my dad's for a bit; he wasn't in, so I just go in the front room, turn the TV off etc, and go to sleep on a chair with my coat over me. Anyway, as I'm slipping away, I'm dreaming, but not fully asleep, and I dreamt about watching some cartoon, dunno which one. Anyway it's a scene where there's a crowd of onlookers watching a band play or something, and the camera pans past this guy who's swinging a bra over his head. Pretty funny right? But unusual for a kids cartoon I thought. So I rewind back, and he's there, but his face has become distorted and too life-like. A bit creeped, I open my eyes, but then this ringing in my ear begins, not like a ringing sound but similar, like a voice I couldnt quite make out. It was getting louder. Then, on the darkness of the inside of my coat, a flashing outline of a face, I think. Anyway the sound was getting unbearably loud, so I tried to get up, to move, but found I couldn't! I was physically weak, I felt paralysed, I honestly thought I was dying. I was a little scared. I really tried once more and managed to move. As soon as I sat up it stopped. Was a little dazed, nothing like this has happened to me before, such as sleep paralysis etc. Anyone have a possible explanation or similar experience?

alright /x/, just got a ouija board, let's do this.

i really want to know if this is something new, or the residual activity from 7 years ago.

so background story, messed with one of these when I was 16 (protction spell, sage blah blah blah), but weird stuff still started happening. Followed me to two different apartments, but eventually stopped after 2.5-3 years years.


i'm still getting weird vibes and the sleep disturbances are becoming more frequent again, and i'm sick of being scared and worried about something that might not even be related.

i don't remember any protection spells, i no longer have white candles, and i don't have any sage bundles for smudging. i'm still going to use it tonight, just to get a feel again.


anyone have any personal experiences or tips with using a ouija board?

hey /x/ do any of you guys know how to cure sleep paralysis?
actually im not sure if it is sleep paralysis because from all the stories i've heard of sleep paralysis it sounds like nothing i've experienced.
so i'll be dreaming or whatever but then i'll realize that I am in fact dreaming. I'll start to hear sounds from outside like my roomates talking, the television and such, but I'll be stuck in this dreaming state and it'll feel like I can't move and i'll try to force myself to move but I can only move a finger and I can feel my blanket but i cant force myself awake, and its even worse that im claustrophobic, it's the worst feeling in the world.
is this sleep paralysis?
and how do I stop this from happening again?
