How would someone know if they were involved in any trauma based mind control systems? I don't think I was, but a lot of the literature out there about it seems familiar.

basically I'm really fucked up mentally and emotionally and I have no fucking clue why, and as loony toons as it sounds the mk ultra stuff lines up with my stuff. I doubt my family would ever put their child through that, but I can't stop my imagination from running away on this. Or in general, but that's normal

I'm not a sage, nor am I a saint, but I've struggled desperately since an early age to become one. Along the way I've come to realize communicating with spirits and otherworldly energies/entities seems to be prerequisite to transforming onesself. So let's discuss things we've learned from interacting with the other side.
Although it's not something I specialize in, I've interacted with spirit animals, demons, and shadow people in sleep. I've witnessed an angel (the same kind 2-3 times) and been pursued by a hellhound twice. I'll share if anyone is interested.
My reason for making this thread is to discuss and share information. Nothing more.

In my experience trying to learn how to astral project helps with sleep communication, even if you don't actually manage to project. It helps to produce an astral body, or presence, that is manifested whether you're projecting or not.

I've only made this thread once.
I once met a tree spirit. When I was seven my father - who was in the air force - was stationed Germany. Our family often went to the black forest to hike. One day I got separated from my family. I wandered though the woods, trying to find my way back to the trail. I leaned on a tree to rest, and that's when I saw her. She was inhuman, yet beautiful. She had skin like wood, the color of fir bark. Her hair was a coating of green moss. She had huge yellow eyes with tiny black irises. She seemed to be formed of a collection of roots shaped like a person. She took my hand land led me back to the trail. As she walked off back into the forest, she turned and put a finger to where her lips would have been, as if shushing me. I've never spoken about it to anyone. There is still magic in the world.

Can someone explain this ?
Whenever I go to sleep, once my eyes are closed, I start hearing noises, nothing supernatural, just some objects around me going "Clack" , I can lie down for 30 minutes straight and not a single noise, yet once I close my ears, within 3-5 seconds Ill start hearing those noises happen every 10-20 seconds, any idea what this might be ?

Well you might be saying, what does an evil presence feel like? It feels like your worst enemy that just told you he is about to murder you in the worst possible way, yet you can not run away from his immediate area and you don't know when he's going to do it.
After feeling what is a bad attitude towards me, I open my eyes and I see a blue glowing blob that is floating by my doorway. It began to float near my bed and eventually near my genital region where it immediately got bitterlycold and damp feeling on my penis. I prayed to God for this to stop and within seconds, it was gone.

I used to be afraid of living alone. I spent the first week "in my apartment" sleeping on my best friend's couch. The news was at fault, every morning I would watch while I ate I would hear about another person going missing. Or worse being found bloody with parts missing. But lately it's not been as bad.
Not since it came to live with me. It's such a cute thing, like a person except not quite.
It never speaks, and it moves like a gymnast in a back bend, crawling around with its belly pointed to the ceiling and it's head turning at odd angles to see the room. It's body is covered with ragged black hair, but I think it's all rooted in its scalp, it's just matted all over its body.
But it's very friendly. It smiles, how comforting it is to see it smile. It makes the loneliness disappear.
I don't know what it eats. I give it a plate of whatever I'm having, and sometimes it eats, a long gray-pink tongue lapping up whatever the plate has. But sometimes it goes days without eating. I worry that it might be hungry, but it seems happy enough. It slept beside my bed at first, but now it creeps into the bed beside me at night and makes soft pleasurable purrs when I stroke it's tangled hair and face. And in the dim light from my bedroom window I can see its smile.
It goes out the backdoor some nights, but it's back by the time I get up. I do wish it wouldn't leave, but since it comes back I can't complain.
It's good that my new friend is here. The killings have become very local. I'm lucky to feel safe in my home.

An hour passes, and his eyes are adjusting more and more to the darkness. He tries to make out the words, but it’s a struggle. He gasps when he finally makes out the sentence.
“I know you’re awake”. He feels something shift underneath his bed.

I was a dishwasher in a restaurant at 16. One morning I was working andays had a quick snap of a vision.. like my senses were gone and I just saw this small bowl (we called them monkey bowls) falling as I was watching it. It shattered I to pieces (oh the whole thing going was slow motion) and then I snapped back to where I was. Didn't seem like any time passed but I worked alone so it's hard to tell. The whole thing lasted maybe 4 seconds. Just the bowl tumbling and smashing. I kept working and twice more I got the same vision. Same exact way. The 4th time I stuck the end of my shoe out and caught the bowl. It was instantly about 5pm and I heard someone say "nice catch" I remembered backward most of the day, but my consciousness kept forward about 6 hours.. it was great for me because I got payed a whole day but only really did 2 hours of work. Can anyone explain what could have happened?
