I know that in some BL books they can be, but let's get serious that's BL and BL is always questionable if not utterly ignored.

The teleporter pyramids from Div: OS were a lot of fun in my last campaign. Basically it's a pair of stone pyramids, one blue, one red. A group of people can activate one to teleport to the other. This leads to all kinds of hijinks, like tossing one through a window to teleport in, or crossing a canyon after a well-placed toss. Decent in combat too, provided you can keep track of who's holding one

Got a potential role up system I'd like to get some opinions on. Stats are rolled 3d6 in order, then you have to swap out one rolled stat for an 8, one for a 12, and one for a 16. With this method you're guaranteed one bad stat, one good stat and one average stats, which should also help keep some balance in power across all characters.

The only problem I can see is that while it helps improve on shitty rolls, it maybe helps characters who already rolled well more than necessary. It's great if it turns six average stats into one bad stat, one good stat and four average stats, but it's another story if it turns 3 good stats into 4 good stats.

Alright. We have unknown enemies still around, probably. Then getting home to deal with. If we play it smart we could steal their stuff and fly home. Otherwise there is trying our best to get this baby hive up.

So I vote we scout out the area as a human and find places to get what the hive needs to grow quickly.

Excellent. You have a psi connection to it. As for range...that would depend on how powerful your psi is, the potency of the hive, and any possible boosters.

Current limit is unknown but further out you go the weaker the link becomes.

Hard to answer without knowing what you've tried, but in general, talk about it with friends, and use social media and specialized forums (like here) to get the word out and find people that are interested.

It's compact enough right now to skim through in about 15-30 minutes, and nothing seems strikingly separable. If you're looking to pare it down for specific feedback, focus on that area, and only provide the necessary bullet points for other mechanics that the mechanic in question references.

It's an interesting mix of chance with skill-- drawing random cards, but making interesting choices with the lot that was pulled, with your luck (likely) going south as consequences are accrued. I think the stress pile is a bit confusing, and should be laid out in a way that makes it easier to see its contents. You'll also want to watch out for people hording persona points. As written, they can just sit on them for several sessions, then unload all of them at once. As I understand this, that means they can potentially do the patently impossible (50+ on a check), and/or deal enough damage to a tank with a toothpick to cause the thing to implode. There are no caps on how much you can have, and how much you can use on a check.

Always focus on yourself first. Can't make a game if you can't eat. While polling around for feedback, you can always see if there are any other hobbyists that would like to chip in and split the workload. Professionals will want payment, so stick to amateurs, and understand what that will mean for your project.

Forgeworld is kinda hit and miss.

All the ork vehicles are fantastic, so are the Imp Guard models. I don't really think that the big titans and flyers really fit the game, knights and such are just maybe a little bit over the top already.

What kind of resources are we talking about and what would be appropriate? Book downloads, or websites to buy them? I've got a wiki that my players introduced me to that seems to somewhat up to speed for nWoD.

Something's niggling at you. The two slaves who were responsible for carrying out the plan are both captured, you have whatever device Malika gave the slave tucked safely away inside your cloak, you've made sure that the Demirs are being kept safely on the palace grounds, and you feel confident that once the slaves confess you'll have more than enough evidence to see Malika banished, if you so choose. So why do you feel like you're forgetting something?

You run your fingers through your hair contemplatively as your attention flicks from your nerve-addled brother to the collapsed palace gates. It's right there, you can feel it stewing at the periphery of your consciousness. It was something that ghastly messenger from Surya had told you. Something about a punishment, or was it a payment? Gods above, this is going to bother you for the rest of the night.

Well, whatever it was it couldn't have been that important. Otherwise you would remember it, right? Rather than concern yourself with some minor, forgotten detail you turn your attention to your immediate circumstances. Plucking up the shortsword the slave had used in his attempt to kill your brother you tuck the strange blade swiftly into your cloak, before anyone else has the opportunity to claim it.

That done you turn to your brother and rest a comforting hand on his shoulder. Unfortunately he seems a little too shaken to really pay you any mind, his responses mumbled and absentminded. You wonder, was this his first real brush with death? For you escaping an early grave by mere inches has become routine, but you suppose that's not the case for most people. Regardless, you motion to a few of the palace guards keeping the nobles corralled and see to it that your brother and his wife are escorted safely to their rooms.

Your time at the Academy has proven to be quite an adventure so far, even if all of the adventuring has been this mysterious thing known as LEARNING, with a bit of fighting thrown in along the way to help with that process. During the time you spent with Renari in the library, you learned quite a bit about the man known as Revan, the woman Meetra Surik, and even a bit about the known history of the Sith... the religion, not so much the red people. Turns out they're kinda secretive and don't enjoy talking with Jedi too much, who woulda guessed.

Still, the information you read about regarding the more inner workings of the empire is quite interesting. The names are different, but it seems as though the Jedi and Sith have a very similar heirarchy when it comes to their members, Padawan to Apprentice, Knight to Lord, Master to Darth, and Council to Council. You haven't exactly been able to find any information on an equivalent to Grand Master Shan, but it does sort of stand to reason that the Emperor himself could fill such a role.

Turns out learning can actually be pretty fun, not that you would have ever gotten the chance to know as much while you were on Nar Shadda of course, though both Renari and Master Tikran have been rather insistent on you shoring up your admittedly rather faulty, and mostly self taught, education. Advanced mathematics is still a slight... issue, but you've taken to reading and most other things like a fish to water!
