I know blue gets to search for anything every once and a while but I'm pretty sure that's usually the domain of black, and this is kinda just triple Vampiric Tutor/Imperial Seal. I compared the thing to Congregation at Dawn and figured the scheme being both able to search up anything and single-color would warrant a significant mark-up, but I could look at it at 2BB or something.

Because if it's the second one he's already got an amulet that lets him cast Alter Self unlimited times a daycommonly used for taking the form of an elven-standards thick lady, NPCs dig it, guy PCs less so.and 1 hour Polymorph 1/daycommonly used for taking the form of either a wolf or horse, depending on the circumstance, almost always for kicks.It's practically his signature item aside from his bow, given he's the ranged fighter, and it's his current apex of his transmutation interests until I get a reason for him to start taking up magic studies again to get actual spells.

Requesting a picture of major NPC in the campaign I'm running:
I'd like him one of two ways, and would be greatly appreciative of either:
1.) He looks like a normal human, probably in his early-mid thirties, with black hair, and golden eyes (the exception to his otherwise normal appearance).
2.) He's grown small-medium demonic wings and small horns, and his skin-tone has a slight red tint to it. I'd like his expression to be one of either rage or pain
I tend to picture him in the outfit in the reference pic
Background:
He's the half-brother of two of the PCs. They share a father, with him being king of Incubi/Succubi (stats for their race found here: www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Allurin_(3.5e_Race) ). He was possessed for a while, and so he constantly has to suppress his more active demonic blood.
Recent events had his control slip and the players got to see him with the demonic features for the first time, thus the alternative option

So what's going on with the Infected? I know Storm Front had some stuff about how Infected were changing, but I assumed that was just CGL taking advantage of changing editions to rebalance. But both Emerald Shadows and now in detail Howling Shadows have talked about how the Infected are getting much more powerful (and more vulnerable to their weaknesses), and about something weird going down in their communities. Is this some new metaplot? Did we wave CFD goodbye only to see Super-HMHVV come strolling out?
