Holy shit OP, how do you keep throwing these up nigh-instantly?

Okay, actually I realize that making the new thread as soon as the old one is in the last slot would do it but still.

Jumpers!

What is the greatest waste of money you have spent?

Solid gold dragon statue. No regrets.
>>
>>47532859
It wouldn't, because of the PDF being the same.
>>
Finished committing Sudoku.
>>
>>47532863
You paid money for that? You could get one for free with FMA alchemy and some artsy perks.
>>
>>47532863
Actual money, or CP?

I've spent CP for actual money. It usually seemed like a good idea at the time.
>>
>>47532861
That is indeed one of the ones I was thinking of.
Thank you.

Can someone load the text version of Zerg jump? For some reason my phone doesn't like the imaged version. It does this weird thing that it has like a copy of the text on top of one another.
>>
>>47532884
I said 'waste of money' not logical.

Plus it was early in the chain when all I had were a bunch of shielding/healing abilities.

That's right, folks!
The Gear line is finally done, and I decided since I'm in a good mood to give out 200 free CP to buy some awesome toys!
The only things left are to finish the companions and get some drawbacks up, but the light at the end of the tunnel is here and it ain't a train!

Titans are relatively on par with the gods mostly. What gets insane are the Protogenoi and a few others, Protogenoi being the Greek term for the primordials, stuff like Gaia, Uranus, Nyx, Tartarus, and so on. They tend to hold ridiculous power over their domains even beyond that of Gods, and generally are just plain stronger in addition to the whole "I'm an entire bloody plane of existence or phenomenon" thing, there's also an implication that they might just wear different faces depending on the pantheon, Gaia's assault may well have been kicked off by a message from Nut to Geb. Apophis was a giant embodiment of Chaos that the Egyptians were pretty sure would at least devastate their pantheon and probably end the world if he managed to come back before Ra did (or they found some other method to delay him). It's the sorts of thing only the very top tiers of a pantheon would get and maybe even not them depending on the power gaps and general abilities. For instance on the Norse I doubt many besides maybe Surtr (and probably not him, he had rather weak showings in the one book so far) and a couple others hit that level, with Odin having reached a similar level through sheer bloodyminded determination and lots of magic.

And even then they're defeatable, just the sort of things you throw at the end of a big prophecy with a good deal of the earlier bits having been assembling stuff to help fight them.

I usually convert any cash I gain in Jumps into precious gems. Emeralds, Rubies, Sapphires, basically anything but Diamonds. Then I throw them into a pile in my Warehouse. I go years without really looking at them too.

Which really backfired when I suddenly needed $32 million dollars worth of diamonds to revive my fallen Companions. But, that's the way it goes.

What are some good ways to spread healing throughout jumps? Medpacks that actually work for people who don't run on videogame physics. Healing spells you can teach without giving access to fireballs and lightning bolts. Healing stations you can make to restore injured people to health.

I'm probably not going to recieve an actual answer on this, but whatever.

Are the monster from FF 13-2's Temporal Recruitment companions, or are they just pets? That option seems based on the monster taming mechanic, but some jumps do elevate them to sapience afterwards, so I'm not sure which this one is.

>>47530951
Yeah. Willpower a must. "Above It All" from Rosario a big help. Also, there's a couple of jumps where you can pick up perks/drawbacks to be/stay a child, e.g. Narnia. I've made use of them all.

Many, many, many threads ago when that jump was made, I did immediately notice Family Dinner. The ultimate conclusion of the... spirited... discussion that followed was that you couldn't bring the pod to the dinner nor the relative to the pod. To quote the dog, "Bugger."

>>
>>47533108
I play the violin and like to sing (even if I suck at it), but perform? In public? No nononononononot gonna happen nope no no. I was barely able to keep from spazzing out and leveling Hogwarts at the Yule Ball fourth year when Emmy and I were sorta dancing. Started with a waltz but we ended up doing something similar to Aang and Katara at that underground Fire Nation dance party.

>>47532863
Actual money? Food. Various perks and powers have me growing enough food to feed all of my Companions and myself in a coat closet. Also lifetime subscription to Star Trek Online.

CP? Quite possibly that tiara from Disney Princess. I got it 'cause it was shiny, but I've not worn the thing in close to five centuries.
>>
>>47533304
Sounds like a wise investment to me!
>>
>>47533099
One of these days I will have to post my Resident Evil build. I barely touched the perks; instead I bought Double Is Deuce multiple times.

A lot.

So yes, one of the little gifts I like to hand out in jumps is a "peach tree" that gives anyone who eats the "fruit" a healing factor.

Depends on the occasion. The acoustic guitar and cap to collect change, for when we're just chilling out.

We have another guitar for serenading other cosmic beings, forged from a dream of space and strung with impossibility, but it tends to upset the neighbours more.

It is pretty great anon. I havent gotten to Ar Tone yet but honestly that's probably the plan
>>
>>47533314
That's really neat. Did you use anything in particular as the base or just stuff from the jump itself.

>>47533209
That could work, but don't you need to be able to meet criteria to use items made with Crimson Sage?

>>47533182
That's a very good idea. If I get the Young Justice perk that makes it so people can't reverse engineer my out of jump things then I can use it without risk of others weaponising it.

>>47533349
Another good option.

I actually just went and stole the Hope Diamond. It's current worth is around $50 million. Ended up being much easier than trying to buy them legally. Well, okay, Tak stole the Hope Diamond and told me to stop looking up diamond merchants.

What happened to the Disgaea jump?
>>
Okay, I was gonna let these be kind of a surprise but since we were making Doom 2016 and then Quicksilver beat us to the punch, fuck that.

I'm working on:
- Postal
- Overwatch

Dick is working on:
- Hellraiser
- Red Dead Redemption
- World War 1

So I'm pretty much claiming these so we don't make some stuff in vain again.
>>
>>47533394

>Stole the Hope Diamond

>>
>>47533115
Im not too clear on whether Speedster affects flight (though you can just head to gravity falls, theres a perk that makes your flight speed your run speed so yeah) but I know it affect your other movements like punching really fast and such, also should speed up your thought speeds tremendously technically, but Im unsure about that as well.

If your a fellow Bio jumper like myself, I reccomend Geneforge+Evo search for Eden. Specifically "Science of Evolution" from Evo because it will help you build crazy evolution AI's as well and help you guide your own evolution. Also "Crystal Working" from Geneforge should work on the Evolution Crystals in Evo as well.

I also reccomend The starcraft Zerg jump, for Spinner of Essence. Because you can pick up "consumption" from godzilla which will already make you a primal zerg equivalent. Biomega and Blame! are fucking crazy tech wise and should be done as a later jump to reap their rewards. Becoming a reverse engineering Tinker in Worm is probably your best skill. Lastly, pick up Broodmother in SCP, have fun creating monstrosities. There are many others, but those are some of the ones I definitely reccomend
>>
>>47533398
Cool. I look forward to your work. Especially Red Dead Redemption and Overwatch.

There was one in WIP, by Magical Warrior Anon-San.

Then Muyo went "STOP I HAVE IT CLAIMED" so it was dropped. Nothing came of it for forever.

That's the one. I'm sure that'll have no long-term side-effects on the revived Companions.

She's an absolutely great analog for the Jump Coordinator. I'd link the comic she's from, but it's all kinds of x-rated. Suffice it to say, it involves time loops and an unhealthy obsession with a single individual.

>>
>>47533484
It's not clear if he's here or not. He likes to disappear for months at a time then drop off forty jumps all at once. So he might be gone forever, he might not be, I'm giving him six months before I decide what to assume.
>>
>>47532911
Question, could we combine the tri-memory thing with the Double drive to use SIX memories?
Also, you're a bloody cp vampire. There better be a lot of drawback cp to gain.

Marvel comics.

Its power construction mechanic can give you a 1000 CP self biokinesis power.
Kinesis-bio(self/+body)+Regeneration+speed+toughness+etc

Presenter Alien Invasion is only the beginning...

As for the tri-memory thing...It'd be a bit weird because Double Driver requires two people to transform. If you wanted, though, you could link up the Prism Driver and the Double Driver to use 6 memories at once, with about 6 people all fused into a single being. That'd be dope.

Creative Mind (free)
Above the Influence (600)
In the Right Hands (free)
Professional Quirks (free)
Greed is Good (300)
More Money, More Power (0)
Identity-Hiding Disguise (free)
Spectacles of Dramaticism (free)
FINALE Driver (-300)

Drawbacks TBD (hopefully 0)
And there we go, countering the drawbacks of the FINALE Driver with Gara's Lost Work and then making up for the Cell Medal Requirements by becoming a Greed, and then finally making up for the inhuman mindset by getting Above the Influence. Hopefully one of the sets of Lost Medals can get me the Rhino one's ability to use his own desires. Because most of the other options seem a bit risky and easily harm bystanders. Other than that I guess I'll just hang around, lend a hand, and deliver speeches on the awesome power of greed and how it can be used positively. Also sit around eating flan, while also having flan Yummies also eat flan to produce Cell Medals for my use. Might have some issues dispersing them once the flanning is done though.

What would be a better power to distribute using "But I don't wanna go to school today!" from Imaginary Friend: Arcane from Smite, or Angel of Logic from Gunnerkrigg Court? I'm leaning towards the second, but I can't seem to decide.

Hell yeah! I want some of that city-scale hardlight hologram technology.

I want a lot of things from that setting actually - Mercy and Lucio's healing systems (I think Zenyatta's is unique to him) would be sweet, so would being able to make an army of Bastions.

As others have said already it does need to wait a bit unfortunately so it can have a bit more lore behind it.

Not at all, the first Star Sapphire in comics was defined by her overbearing love for Hal Jordan making her a crazy pants, and the first time the Violet Corp showed up, it was to get someone to fall in love with Hal Jordan, bang him, then kill him.

>>47534127
Nope, not lesbians.
>>
>>47534112

>>
>>47534245
Ever since abandoning the use of the Star Sapphire gem directly, they've gone about it in a retarded way. Basically they encourage the corp to defend and promote love, but they only pick up girls who have been hurt by a loved one and pretty much block them off from ever finding anyone else. So you'd probably get attacked.

Also I believe they've been destroyed by now.

>Jump 7: History's Strongest Disciple, Kenichi
>Seven of Swords (A desperate attempt to resolve a matter without conflict.)
>Age: 14
>Location: Koyro High School
>Identity: Delinquent (100)
I suppose it doesn't really help everything that some delinquent is trying to get people to resolve their conflicts without violence, is it? In a setting about nothing but beating people up... yeah, futility seems to be a very fitting thing in that respect. But that won't stop me from trying.
>Drawbacks: Bills (+100), The Shadow War (+200), Impossible! (+300)
Going to be drawn into the main plot. Troublesome, but I can deal with it. Losing access to my resources, though... and the hilariously awesome level of martial arts that I JUST FREAKING LEARNED, is going to be much less fun, but I'll have to just redouble my dedication to learning martial arts. Pity that I'll be up to my eyeballs in bills no matter what I do, though.

>Katsujinken (Free)
Just because one might get into trouble at school... it does not mean that I am not doing the wrong thing for the right reason. Protecting others should be the duty of anyone with such abilities.
>Sei Ki (Free)
Perhaps I won't be throwing fireballs, but cooler heads will typically prevail when people lose their self-control.
>Go no Sen (Free)
Speaking of which; if you can redirect your opponent's strikes rather than taking the hit or dodging, it makes your fighting more efficient, and it's good to be able to do something when words fail. Too bad I'll have to learn the rest of my fighting abilities the hard way.
>Hidden Weapons (100)
Hey, no one said I'd be using them in a fight, but only a fool does not prepare for inevitable betrayal.
>Delinquent's Ambition (150, discount)
It's always good to have goals. Especially when I can get a feel for what I can do to advance those goals. Even if they're unattainable.

... huh, too long. Second post upcoming.
>>
>>47534275

>Civilian Skills (100)
Speaking of things to advance goals, if I can turn every day activities into something to increase my abilities...
>Master's Body
...nope, not until after the jump ends.
>Strength and Endurance (150, discount)
>Speed and Agility (150, discount)
Look, this is a world where if I don't have these two sets of abilities, I'm going to get steamrolled. Being steamrolled is not acceptable.
>Young and Longevity (300)
I don't so much care about quintupling my lifespan so much as I care about teaching others to do the same for themselves. And I intend to do that quite a bit in the jumps to come.
>Enhanced Ki (300)
I wonder if I can abuse this for the sake of bullet time? ...nah. But increasing my Ki to such an extent is probably going to be crucial if I'm going to be a part of the plot.
>Self-Help Books (50)
A bookcase filled with books that can teach myself and others mundane abilities faster than anyone could normally learn them? ...Can I take two?
>Entrance Fee (Free)
Hey, at least this frees up SOME of my money.
>Resistance Suit (200, discount)
I could probably make something like this myself, theoretically, but not one that automatically adjusts and keeps me working constantly. Perhaps I can work it into some sort of armor, somewhere down the road; keep me at a more 'normal' level most of the time, while slowly pushing my limits higher, but releasing to full strength when needed.

So... I can definitely survive the jump. I'll be there for the main plot, though I won't be the star (and really don't want to be). I'll probably learn more fighting abilities, though Go no Sen will be the core around which it is all built, and I'll probably have plenty of time to do an early heel-face turn before joining the support cast. You know what, this actually sounds kind of fun.

>>
>>47534351
Never, and all the time.

There wasn't ever any one big deciding factor. I didn't decide one day, "I'm gonna throw away the shackles of humanity to absorb a power source bigger than my head!"
No, it was a series of small concessions over time. If I take this perk, I'll sleep less, which will allow me to do more things and stay on guard. If I take this perk, I'll be able to read people, which will prevent me from being hurt or betrayed. If I do this, I'll get this. If I do that, I'll get that.
But over time, those little gaps between you and what "normal" begin to create a chasm.
And one day, I looked back, and I saw the people I had once thought beside me could no longer cross it.

The sad part is... I don't know when it happened.
I just remember realizing it was so.

Kabuto was an annoying character, but damn if he didn't fight like a boss. Benefit of being an OP Mary Sue, I guess. Sometimes I wonder if the fight choreographers do that on purpose, make the action scenes in a series way better if they can tell the characters suck. Like, Wizard was pretty awful (most of the time, the few times they let the character actually have a personality it was great), but the fight choreography was really damn stylish.
>>

I think they did it to make up for how bad the character sucked. They probably knew people wouldn't like the character so much, so they made up with it in fight scenes.
>>
>>47534732
Honestly it seems like I kind of fell back into the same role after a ten year timeskip. Though that's far from the worst thing that might happen. (Of course, cops generally retire after twenty years, so if I started being a cop just before the last jump, I'd retire just before this one.)

It seems that I became a corrupt cop, but rather than embrace that entirely, tempting as it is... I should atone for my sins. Turning a blind eye or being on the take... it's an expected thing in many places, if you want to live to retirement, but when they come after you anyway because you know too much? Sudden, but inevitable, betrayal.

According to the dice, I have two major crime organizations (which I'm going to guess to be the Russian mob and the Yakuza, because movies), an international drug cartel, a shadowy conspiracy, and a professional assassin who's hiring OTHER assassins, all coming after me. Yeah, this is enough to have a whole series of movies about this jump. It'll be ... interesting. Perhaps I'll be able to leave the world a better place than it was when I got here.

Well let's see: My origin story is fused Sburb Players because I wanted to keep my name but take the Drop In Perks, I took Abomination in Dune, I used all together now from the Fountain to fuse with Wretched Egg, though that was more so she would stop being awful, and I took Meta in Red Vs Blue. Though I feel it's less compromising my identity and more figuring it out and getting better it as time goes on.

Lots of reasons. It means Jumping never stops being a challenge, and that you'll actually have to think about how to achieve your goals in each setting rather than just steamrolling them. It means there's a reason to not just collect the most powerful superpowers from each setting, and promotes versatility of builds. It also means people don't have to worry about offering broken as fuck shit, because it'll just get corrected down to where it is now, and it also means people can be creative with drawbacks, because no drawback will ever just be free points.

Over, and over again.

It started out like Konata's experiences. One more system of magic, mastered with technology. One more psychic extension of the self to have an extra pair of hands. One more tweak to Innate TIme Control and Thought Acceleration, to get the most out of 10 years.

The difference was-we had been to Ravenloft early, and knew what was at stake. We HAD to perform the Darkhallow as soon as a viable spiritual smorgasboard was available, so we could protect everything and everyone we held dear. We HAD to cast aside our very name, to prevent us from ever being bound by it again.

There was always a reason to go further. And we kept records of all our research of course, consulted with otherworldly beings, doublechecked the costs-and gladly paid them. We chose this path.

And if those costs chipped away at the parts of us that could regret what we were doing to ourself-all the better. We REVEL in the loss of our identity. For milennia we have deconstructed and reconstructed who we are through sheer force of will, and after centuries of effort and study and preparation and conquest-the highest powers of the multiverse bend to US.

That we...can't quite let go of a few annoying vestiges of who we once were is our greatest regret. Our second greatest regret is a less desirable aspect of our very nature, that it takes effort to force all our identities under a singular theme-that by our very nature as a Jumper, we are a transgression and anomaly in the hierarchy of our ideals.

Even if some of the very people we protected loathe and despise us for what we've become, it is worth it for the certainty of ensuring their fulfilment and safety.

Even if we have lost the innocent wonder and joy that came from setting foot in a new world, it is worth it to ensure that world will be preserved.

Knowing what we know now, we would gladly do it all over again.

So, does anyone have any questions, comments, concerns with the WIP?
I'm hoping to introduce some OC-ish companions a la Macross or Resident evil, yanno, they have some personality but not entirely written out.
I'm heavily planning the Jazz Dopant to be a guy, and he's gonna be so fun to write up...
I'm also thinking of following up with a Wizard/Fourze jump proper if I can watch both series fully!~
Those'll be fun, I think a lot of jumpers would appreciate the Rings and becoming wizards.
Space wizards.

Mushoku Tensei summoning circles. Magically coding your own familiars to your specifications, and they approach you in power. Won't surpass you due to the no summoning things stronger than you are clause, but still good. You'll need to learn/steal/figure out the trick Perugius uses to keep them around longer than 24 hours and retain their memories/personality but after that it's smooth sailing.

Yup, you'd be a cop on vacation. Bruce Willis starred in only one 80s Action Movie (all the rest followed in the 90s and beyond): Die Hard.

He did also star in Sunset, but the setting was the 1920s and more of a mixed mystery/action piece.

Nice choice of perks there. You're a well-rounded grizzly action hero. I'm thinking Bruce Willis's McClane except played by a late 90s Michael Ironsides.

No jumps prior. I wanted to experiment with this as a new first jump possibility. Especially since I'd ping neutral good rather than evil and worried if that might cause even more harm than good.

I was in Sinnoh, took the criminal drawback. I figured might as well join up with the local criminals if I was gonna be treated like one. Also I stole an Eevee at some point and they became my umbreon friend, Ffion.

I went by Platinum canon, Giratina stepped in when Cyrus pulled out the red chains to use on Palkia and Dialga, saving his bros. Cyrus got sucked into the distortion world with Cynthia and Dawn/Lucas jumping into the tear after them. Cyrus gets slapped by the protagonist, who then battles Giratina in what's largely a mock battle that Cynthia describes as Giratina checking out if you're not a shitheel like Cyrus. They win, get a ride out of the distortion world, by Cyrus got left behind.

Then everyone forgets about the guy who is stuck in the alternate reality but really he just tried to kill the universe so he can kinda go fuck himself while they enjoy finishing off their adventure and fighting in the league.

Personally after things got generally disbanded I kept the uniform and name because, why not at that point?

Also, Gem Power has Lapis' Hydrokinesis as an example. You can't actually get that, can you? Didn't it pickup a large portion of the ocean so she could go to space? And then she flew off at apparently FTL with just water wings?
>>
>>47535447
Remake everything without the influence of Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit really.

Well actually I think he really just wanted to get rid of Mesprit, emotion. He seemed pretty alright with knowledge and wisdom.
>>
>>47535486
You'd have to ask either Wakfu or Brows, and I think Brows was behind that perk specifically, so heck if I know.
>>
>>47535224
Dov was painstakingly assembled using lots of souls and reckless self-surgery and certain options in TES and Skyrim. >>47535277 has it right with the snakes. I took the 'obvious biblical themeing' drawback in NGE, so I chose to have my angel form be a giant snake made out of hundreds of smaller snakes, to reflect both the 'division into many' and 'Fruit of Knowledge' aspects of being Lilith-descended.
>>
>>47535447
It is somewhat ambiguous as to what the hell he actually meant, but it could have very well have been the elimination of things like heart and determination, or even emotions in general.
He's a pretty hardass guy, and he wanted to remake everything according to his specifications, so maybe he wanted the world to be more like him.

"Team Galactic" as a whole wasn't really aware of how batshit fucking insane Cyrus was, though, so it's almost unfair to compare them to him. A lot of them were patsies who thought they were just a new brand of Pokemon thieves on par with Team Rocket.

Kids are tough. I mean, how much murder and war is in the Redwall series?

Also the mystery dungeon series has even more fucked up stories for pokemon. In the explorers of the sky one you find out you're going to be committing suicide by saving the world, and your friends sacrifice themselves so you can commit suicide so you can destroy the future and everyone living there for the good of the replacement future.

Then after you're dead it gives you some cutscenes of your partner trying to cope with your loss.

>>
>>47535650
Okay, fair enough, I'll give you Redwall and Mystery Dungeon are dark, but I'm fairly certain Cyrus' plan was a LOT darker.
Then again, the game didn't focus too too much on it, unlike Mystery Dungeon, where it constantly hung over your head. Though to be fair, Dialga and Arceus did bring the MC and the the Future Resistance(And Duskinoir/those guys with diamons for eyes) back to life.
>>
>>47535650

That's because of people who think kids are idiots.

And, let's be real, kids are not terribly smart. But they're not idiots. They just haven't had the life experience and developmental time to know things. They're still smart enough to pick up on things. They can deal with heavy concepts. You don't have to coddle them.

Arceus is noted in the mystery dungeons to appreciate badass motherfuckers. He split the old future with the future trio off into its own universe because they were rad motherfuckers who punched his son to prevent them from intervening in the past fight with himself. In Super if you get to the top of the final dungeon he hangs out with you because damn dude that dungeon was hard you're pretty cool.

Dialga had fairly legitimate reason to bring you back because you did save him from going mad and fucking up the world, might as well abuse his time powers once and awhile to reward good deeds. He still did it months later, presumably to make your partner extra thankful for it by making you reappear in the deepest depths of their depression.

So... we've got the delight that is the Abridged cast, plus a bunch of fucking Nazi vampires. You know what? I can deal with this; they're in zeppelins and I have anime rules on my side. Pity that 400 points are riding on fulfilling my win conditions and I can't spend them right away, but I suppose I'll have to live with it.

>Unassuming (1300)
It never hurts to be underestimated. Especially since basically everyone is going to be slaughtered when the Valentine brothers come to visit. Of course, at this point I should be good enough to NOT be killed along with the rest, but this is Hellsing and their vampires are hardcore. Fortunately, the dice are merciful.
>Feared (Free)
Well, I'm working for Hellsing. If I'm not feared, I'm not doing it right.
>Unwavering (1100)
The will to stare death in the eye and sucker punch him... yeah, that's an absolute must, here.
>The Art of War (900)
I'm less worried about the charisma, though it is nice - I'm more about the multitasking and the out-planning my opponents. It's going to be a must, when everyone is deliberately turning a blind eye to the possibility of it being fucking nazis.
>Dark Binding (700, discount)
So... do vampires HAVE souls here? That should prove interesting, to say the very least, though I highly doubt I'll get in the way of Seras or Alucard in killing anyone.
>Puppetmaster's Strings (600, discount)
Walter's skilled with those things, I'd love to get my hands on them as well, if I can even do half the things he can.
>Alucard's Embrace (0, discount)

According to the dice, I did a pretty terrible job early on against anyone with a name - while I'm all about killing ghouls (and mercy-killing the converted Hellsing staff, no blood rage for Seras today), there's simply no possibility of my killing any big-name people until the end. As the only survivor it meant a promotion - going from grunt work to apprenticing to Walter is nice, but it means I follow Seras and Alucard around and clean up after them. Not so sure I like this. Especially considering that Bernadotte is still tagging along, I just don't like that guy.

Skipping ahead a bit, the defense of London is not as hard as it otherwise might be, since I'm not at the manor when it goes down. I'm cheerfully making use of things I had from earlier jumps as well as one particular thing I need for this to work. To wit: grappling hook and wingsuit so I can get altitude and get it fast, and an anti-materiel rifle. This means I can get around London probably as quickly as needed, while the rifle means that dealing with the zeppelins is made easy - instead of trying to bring them down with regular rounds (because honestly who the hell thought THAT was a good idea, you should have used the grenades first, Seras) you shoot them with a big enough incendiary rounds, penetrate the gas bag, watch it explode and start taking all the compartments next to it down, and move on to the next airship. Hindenburgs for days.

And as far as the climax... the dice confirmed there was no chance of dodging the whole plan to kill Alucard by dealing with Schrodinger, and while I may not have gotten to the Major's zeppelin as fast as everyone else, I at least got to take out the freaky doctor. Walter not being a turncoat meant he was at Integra's side the entire time, with the fortunate side effect of keeping her from being shot in the face.

With London's casualties reduced, Alucard kills himself for years... but not decades. And now I am a vampire lich. Is that even a thing?

I'm pretty sure Super takes place in the split off universe the time trio had made for them, so it includes all the stuff that came before and also them because Grovyle, Dusknoir, and Celebi showed up in Super.

Celebi is still hardcore into Grovyle.

Great. I'll get started asap.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. So far I've got a few backgrounds including Drop In, Reporter, Businessman/Scientist, and MCPD Officer. Debating whether to make Businessman and Scientist separate backgrounds or keep them combined. I'm leaning toward the latter just because a Luthor background just wouldn't be right without both.

Drop In could be modeled after Jimmy Olsen

Scientist would be self explanatory but could use a perk that makes it easier to get in good with places like S.T.A.R. Labs

Depends on my mood, but I'll sometimes be a street busker, sometimes a stadium filling pop star, sometimes I'll put on plays for a few weeks, and sometimes I'll perform the plot to the show one night only for the heroes and villains. My companions and I have multiple times just burst into non-choreographed song and dance because it was fun and one of us felt like singing. I've also been a stripper in a couple of jumps, just to earn some spare change for the next couple days. I tend to wander off point often enough that my companions need to remind me of what I was doing in the first place.

In Morroblivion I was a staunch abolitionist, even if I was a Telvanni, and put on plays or sang story cycles that gave hints to slaves about how to get to safety, and in Bloody Roar I used music to help popularize human-zoanthrope coexistence.

>>47534351
I took Heart of a Child and that perk from Robocop that always make you human, because I'm already human and extremely childish. It lets me jump as me regardless of how little sense it makes for me to be me after this time. Helps avert a lot of writing headaches.

Other post-Spark rewards always operate on the premise that your full abilities are being unlocked, NOT that the Benefactor pulls some random bullshit out of her cosmic ass and buffs you with it, or takes something from the setting and endows you with it as a boon.

Superman Prime as a concept originates from outside the Animated Series' canon, so it's inappropriate to hand it out as a reward for this jump in particular.

>Superman The Animated series is getting worked on
OH SHIT
Uhhh, I got a 4 day weekend [hopefully gottah call check just in case] so I'll have time to work on JL jump approprately and hopefully not fuck this up. Hopefull I'll make some decent progress on how everything works out. I'm having trouble figuring out how to price powers and if it should be a string of nice package deal powers, a larger pool of lesser powers to combine at your leisure, or a small pool of package deals with set of lesser lower price powers on top of that.

If you have any idea's for good lesser powers let me know!
>>

>>
Speaking of OP things to happen to alien races if they live long enough, I'm thinking of doing a Sword of the Stars jump. How should I balance the Liir, given that a jumper Liir is quite likely to live long enough to become Suul'ka? For reference to those unfamiliar with the setting, Liir are psychic alien squid-dolphins, they never stop growing in size and psychic power, and are immortal. Normally they die when they become so large that the square-cube law kills them even with aquatic buoyancy, but every sixteen thousand years or so an elder Liir goes insane at being confronted with their mortality, mind-slaves the entire species, force-marches them through a technological singularity, then ascends into space to become a Lovecraftian star-god while the remaining Liir civilization collapses and has to start over from cave-men (reef-men?). So I figure that Liir should probably be priced fairly higher than the other races, even the other psychic ones. What sounds appropriate?
>>
>>47536208

>>
>>47536233
Not seeing where it says you get comic verse speed force. Just that you get full access to it, which refers to the limits you have on you because of the jump placing them there.
>>
>>47536217
I'd stop the jumper from being able to achieve to the potential of Suul'ka until post-spark. Just halt their growth at a certain level. If a jumper wants to be an interdimensional space whale... I mean dolphin, when they're post-spark, that's their business.

Speedster (1,000mp) (Mandatory Drawback - Was Me Jumper! for +0cp but doesn't count against your drawback limit) - You have a connection to the Speed Force; a mysterious energy field that gives Speedsters their powers. The Speed Force has supercharged your cells with enormous amounts of electricity and likewise augmented your physiology to beyond peak human condition, including a lean-built frame to properly handle your new abilities. This allows you to run at superhuman speeds starting at 200mph, along with the agility and perception to match. This also accelerates your healing capabilities, healing yourself completely from injury in a matter of hours or days. Your ability to heal is unable to regrow limbs, but if you're fast enough you can reattach a limb to the stump, before your healing factor heals the wound. After the jump you become a Speed Force conduit, allowing you to continue using your powers even without the Speed Force existing in that universe. Your speed is soft capped at Mach 40 at which point you find it harder to improve your speed without serious time invested in training. Time travel is only possible within this jump, as the time-space barrier is weakened in Central City. Post-Spark you gain full access to the Speed Force.

And Prime is supposed to be way more powerful
>>
>>47536254
Wrong, he got the help of a 5-D imp to revive Lois but never gains that power himself. He's got close to zero feats that place him above normal Superman as the only thing he really did was use a Lantern ring to defeat someone who was at the edge of death.
>>
>>47536207
I think lesser powers that combine also you might want to include racial packages that get certain powers for free or at a discount. Young Justice did this very well and might be a good place to look for ideas on how to structure it.
>>
>>47536239
Well, the Suul'ka are pretty powerful. It's hard to find examples, given that they're only playable in Sword of the Stars 2 and that game is so bugged I don't think I can rely on it for data points, but the stuff they're described doing in the lore is pretty impressive. Draining the life from entire worlds, mind controlling half a stellar empire to kill the other half, smashing apart moons with telekinesis, traveling FTL through sheer willpower, all sorts of fun stuff.
>>
>>47536282
Because Jumpers like the rest of /tg/ are a bunch of anal retentive autists
>>
>>47536285
The simple reason is: Because Manyfist is autistic and either has difficulty distinguishing comic book characters' capabilities from their animated series' counterparts, or wilfully attempts to sneak the former into the latter. I would normally not consider the former but apparently he's medically autistic so I wouldn't dismiss it as a contributing factor at the least.

During the development of Arrowverse jump he got a lot of grief for attempting to treat the jump's speed force as the comic's speed force and game the drawback he wrote himself. He also got called out during the development of Green Lantern the Animated Series' jump for trying to hand out comic book level Lanterns FROM THE GET-GO, not even as a post-Spark reward.

So in short, he's a shitty person people got sick of arguing with.

That sounds like a good idea.

Jumpers, SMT's been talked a lot about but what did you actually do during the jump? Did you side with Law or Chaos or-alright, full disclosure: With one or two exceptions I'm pretty sure everyone here went some shade of neutral. I'm just curious how you went about it.
>>
>>47536300
So why not just remove the jump until he fixes it? It's obviously not kosher to do it, it's like if the Young Justice jump made you a comics-level Martian despite in series martians being nothing like them.
>>
>>47536263
Let's just say that chaos would love them. They've probably got psyker potential that outstrips greater daemons, and are basically the Big Bad of SOTS2. You need to bring a large fleet of peak-tech ships to stand a good chance against them.
>>
>>47536308
In short, because the wording is ambiguous enough that it can easily be interpreted as merely being the Speed Force of the show rather than the comic, and it's only >>47536270 who leap to conclusions because they're lazy enough to try and cheese their way with ambiguous wording.

And the rest of the jump is serviceable at this point so nobody can be bothered.

All things being equal I'd suggest asking Manyfist to clarify in the notes it merely gives you full access to the show's Speed Force but based on how eager he was to treat it as the comic version himself, I'm not terribly optimistic about that.
>>
>>47536291
Prime One Million has the powers of all of his descendants. However, the descendant whose powers he was copying to do that was only half-5D imp, so it's unknown what powers they had. Probably not as much as a full Mxyptzlk-level extradimensional god. He's still probably a lot more powerful than his 21st century self, but Superman Prime One Million is by no means omnipotent.
>>
This is a completely pointless discussion. Everything that is said by either side depends on the consistency of DC power levels in various media.

I can hack into any network on the planet and just talk directly to machines, so I can help recover lost or misplaced files and do IT stuff. And the plants in the office have never looked better. The ferns are flowering.

I basically just sit in line for Malory most days, though. Cleaning things up and being a gofer, maybe treating Archer's tinnitus or watching his kid in the later years. When things go down in the office I don't even really bother to stop what I'm doing, I just dodge bullets for convenience sake, making it look like an accident. >5. I haven't seen much of Showa era Riders, how are they in power level and are my Showa era Rider creation skills still relevant?
It's one of those weird and strange sliding scales that sometimes goes circular (if you get what I'm saying). However, from what I understand, there are few absolutes:
- Kuuga is the strongest of all Kamen Riders
- Axel is the fastest of all Kamen Riders

Beyond that, literally anything could happen between the Riders, I mean, fuck, they found Core Medal / Cosmic Switch fusion at one point. You're better off dealing with them on a case by case basis. Basically look at the setting and then check out examples of the stuff you took in action and make up your mind on it.

More so in the comics than the show now that I think about it but its still there

Glad you're asking, actually, I've been alright! I've had the time and energy to finish the jump, I just gotta sort out a few minor things and it should be jumpable by at least tomorrow if not Wednesday.

3. The process is never really given but I'm going to imagine it requires a specialist tool necessary to 'remove' bad or corruptive data, at the cost of removing the potency of the remaining gaia memory. Sort of like taking crude and removing all the shit, except in this case that the shit is also what makes you powerful? So that's weird.
4. The Giant Jug is meant to last you the entire plot of OOO, about 2 years, I might have it replenish but I might also time-lock it so that it doesn't just out-do the Desire Collector in terms of getting all that cell medals.
5. It's...Honestly getting into Rider power levels is a risky business but if I had to say, I'd say that the Showas are able to put up a fight and take down the kaijin(albeit with much more difficulty), it's just that the riders of this generation are better equipped to do it. The Maximum Drives target the Gaia Memories in the Dopant, after all.
If noything else, definitely the Showa Riders are able to do something, even if it's just take down yummies.
6. It depends on which drivers you're trying to combine. It tends to take up a 'belt slot' if we're using dnd terms...so using more than one at once is hard. However, I'm gonna rule you can only really have one transformation at a time active, since trying to figure out how everything combos would be a Pain
7. I'd say they can benefit from the 200 free CP given by the jump for gear, which should at least get them SOMETHING from their gear line(Lux Driver's 200 for their origin, for example, as is the Lost Driver and the Combo driver)
8. I figured the "Companions can't die" clause effects that too. He DOES come back in the finale of W, actually, so I wouldn't be too worried about needing to revive him.

I'll be glad to let everyone know that designs for the OC companions is coming along nicely, I just needed to ask around if it was too much to give out capstones to these companions? I've never offered really in-depth companion options so I'm struggling to find a balance here...This is what I've got so far if you're curious, only one or two has been fluffed though.

>>
>>47536958
thank you for the advice, I imagine the riders I'll be making in this jump will be significantly more powerful thanks to amazo back up data and being a late game jumper, the wiki says he can only go 100 miles an hour, that's nothing compared to the Mach seven Kamen Rider jet will do.
>>47536998
1/2. That's great to hear it seems to me like when people aren't being actively antagonistic to a jump maker they forget that they are an actual person with an actual life.
3. Great to hear, I have a mother box who has compound computation that should be fairly easy and quick
4. That makes sense, like maybe have it refill every three years once it is completely empty?
5. That makes sense martial artist with a sword usually trumps unarmed martial artist
6. That's fair, and I think you for your honesty
7. This is going to be such a CP vampire it's not even funny.
8. that's fair but I figured since he is already kind of dead it wouldn't really apply, it's not like undead companions are suddenly resurrected.
9. Fair enough, this is going to be tricky we have roughly similar goals but their methods and the lengths they will go to are horrible and I need to stop them

I actually just worked it out now. In his Axel Form, Faiz can run at 1,000km / 58s (100m / 0.0058s as stated on the wiki) compared to Kabuto's 100m / 4.2s in Hyper Form. Hell, in his ordinary form Faiz still clocks in at 100m / 5.8s, equal to Kabuto.

Still trying to get an actual speed, but as you can see, there's some shit going on.

This one is a bit more of an event, considering it starts at Falco's birthday party and I'm the uninvited guest. Even the Doc showed up to his little sister's big to-do. The companions tried to cover for me, but explaining everything was just so much easier. No one really cared how absurd it all was, because universal travel is just a thing here.

And the Doc would go on to involve us in his shenanigans, to which my response was universally "Sure, why not?". That's actually my go to response for most stuff in this universe. I'd repay him by telling him about how I met Batman and how much of a prick he was. He seemed to like everything but the calling him a prick part.

To play devil's advocate, I disagree that Suul'ka should be locked to us, if only because it's something you would have to actually work pretty hard to achieve if you think about the implications of all that you'd have to do to get to that point. It's not like it's free, fast, and easy power. You have to, at the very least, grow for a long enough time to become an elder Liir, be able to successfully mind slave the rest of the Liirs, and then go through all the processes necessary to ascend to space.

More over, what the fuck would we stand to gain from that anyway?

We wouldn't be able to carry over the Suul'ka body, or any of its associative powers or abilities, because we get a new body every jump, even if we drop in. We only carryover what 'we', the jumper, gained from the time spent there, like, by training, or enhancing ourselves, or whatever.

The closest thing we'd get to do, without bringing in extremely nuanced and confusing house rules, would arguably be, to roughly carryover technological enhancements made to our body, to carryover relative improvements to our body made through training and exercise or what have you, and to carryover replacements for our body. However, that's still all kinds of dubious, and something only resolved through house rules.
>>
>>47537761

cont.

That's why hive minds are a solution to the companion problem, and why we can maintain evolutionary advancements to ourselves between jumps made from Evo, or technological advancements to ourselves we make through GUNNM cybernetics, or other things we gain through effort, but also why we can't stay a Lich between jumps even though we took it as our race in Elona.

The question of whether or not taking the power of Suul'ka with you into other jumps is even possible, and if so in what capacities assuming you manage to acquire it at all, has no fucking answer. It's one we all answer for ourselves on a case by case basis, even if we don't realize it, by making up answers to wholly different questions. That said, we generally agree the answer to this question in specific is no.
>>
>>47537761
I dunno anon, most people seem to run with the idea that you can keep and retain things that you learned and earned.

>>

You literally can't keep backgrounds or origins though, so clearly you don't get to keep race option unless they're explicitly given to you as alt forms. It doesn't matter if you houserule that you get to take stuff you do to yourself with you, you get a new body every jump and lose all the stuff that came with your old one.
>>
>>47537799
Half of everyone who jumped FR is gonna disagree with you about not being able to keep changes to your alt forms.

It's just, dude, you're arguing with pretty much every here at this point.
>>
>>47537799
Alt forms. Some things are obvious enough to be assumed, most jump makers don't realise some anons (i.e you) are so pedantic they need to be spoon fed. We've had this discussion before and the overwhelming opposition last time should have proved to you that you were wrong. I'm sad to see you haven't learnt anything.

>We wouldn't be able to carry over the Suul'ka body, or any of its associative powers or abilities, because we get a new body every jump

... huh. Turns out the rules for alt-forms aren't in the pastebin? Welp.

Okay, let me sum up: it was established way back in JC's history that your form in each jump becomes an alt-form that you can switch to (and back from) in later jumps, unless you choose to run with a house rule that says your jumper can't do that.

and then it will be completely and totally jumpable.
Hallelujah.
>>
>>47537811
Literally, if you jump in any setting and take a background or origin, you lose your old body and get a new one. Anything else is your wanking.
>>
>>47537820
Well, I've never seen that widely applied to human forms before.
>>
>>47537832
See >>47537820 and try to realise you are not right solely because you say so, especially when every single response has been to tell you how wrong you are being.

>>47537833
Apart from almost every single jumper assuming that?
>>
>>47537820
I thought that it only became an alt form if it was radically different from your "base" form.
>>
>>47537829
The man loved himself some gene splicing.

>>47537831
How durable are medals?
>>
>>47537820
That's not something established. That's wank.
>>
>>47537839
>Apart from almost every single jumper assuming that?
Dunno dude, whenever it's come up, plenty of people agree on non-humans, but there's debate on human.
>>
>>47537851
No, there's generally one or two people who disagree. You can see from this very conversation where the vast majority that have posted so far are all for it.
>>
>>47537833
That's probably because people tend to perceive "human" as being a singular chain form rather than being unique to each jump.

And/or because this: >>47537844

>>47537848
Actually it's _established wank_. As in that was the consensus the namefags and anonfags back in jc's early threads (when QS was around) came to and have been using ever since.
>>
>>47537846
Cell Medals are only as strong as any other coin, but Core Medals are practically indestructible. The Purple Core Medals can destroy other Core Medals, but that's pretty much it.
>>
>>47537831
any limit on drawbacks? Please do not have one! and I sincerely hope you consider my suggestion to have drawback CP applied to companions as well. There is so much CP needed for this jump, and you'll barely be able to buy more than a capstone, which are the most plot comparable things as it currently is.
>>
>>47537839
That's just you being full of shit. You aren't allowed to talk alt forms where they aren't fucking given to you. You aren't allowed to just carry over forms and their powers, unless you houserule it. If you claim otherwise, that's something you made up.
>>
>>47537854
I see the vast majority saying they're in support of non-human alt forms, I'm not seeing anyone debating the human part except you, me, and that one guy agreeing with me.
>>
>>47537846
As far as I've seen, nothing in the show except the Purple Medal powers can break them, so it might not be something doable by physical force alone
And they have taken some pretty heavy hits

>>47537843
Eh, thinkin' about it
Maybe won't have a drawback limit but I'm gonna have to freakin' crank it up so that stacking all the drawbacks doesn't become a thing. Maybe. I'unno.
will start with a +1000 cp drawback and if that isn't enough, I'll see what I can do.
>>
>>47537858
I've never used it, most anons these days don't use it, pretty much nobody since has ever used it, and the only people defending that wank are people that use it. So, cheaters.
>>
I think he's kinda proven he's baiting, now. Baiting or so stupid he's not worth talking to anyway.

Go by what the tv show has shown. It was obviously meant for Arrowverse Speedforce. Which is sentient BTW.

Just outside of the Jump you won't be time traveling with the Speed Force. So no altering timelines, no going back and meeting past self, no convincing your past self to come into your present timeline, then killing them whenever you please. *coughZoomcough* and something that wasn't really discussed by the time I wrote the Jump, Interdimensional Travel.

That'll have to be noted and clearly stating that Interdimensional travel is a no go post-Arrowverse. For both Speedsters & Vibe .

Only things we haven't seen are speed sharing, where you can lend or even steal other Speedster's speed. Zoom never did take "Jay Garrick's" speed like he said he did. It was Velocity 9, a drug that enhanced his speed, that caused him to burn out his Speedforce.

Obviously we haven't seen Infinity Mass Punch because that requires going near the speed of light (or going FTL). Speed Force constructs Sorta. Barry was given his suit after "The Good Dinosaur" by the Speed Force after talking to Barry into resolving his guilt about his mother's death.

ESP & Flight were Max Mercuries thing.
Ability to grow muscle, negate Anti-Life Equation, & create shields. These were seemingly one off or unique abilities to the individual speedster and never shown up within the comics on regular basis.

Post-Spark you get the full access which is the comic version.
>>
>>47537884
So what do you have to say about the speed force offered being far, far beyond anything Barry has shown to do?

Also, don't fucking offer comic speed force you autistic hack. That makes no sense and just makes you look even more of a wanker.
>>
>>47537761
Spacebattles, ladies and gentlemen.

Feel free to disregard and go about your days.
>>
>>47537896
He just mentioned a bunch of feats in the show that are beyond what you can do with the power. Methinks you let an anon lead you astray.
>>
>>47537884
>Comic version
No. Change it back. Don't argue, just do it. Remember World of Warcraft last few threads? Do as you're told.

>>47537908
Not him but the speed level offered, Mach 40, is way beyond what Barry has ever achieved.

Yeah, that's what I kinda realized. This anon's being pretty deliberately obtuse, especially considering that even if the people using it are 'cheaters',who the fuck cares?
It's a single player game, if changes need to be made to ensure that the chain goes without a shitton of problems, then so be it
I don't make a massive deal about using the housing supplement, for example, since I know that it's not superly acceptable, but that doesn't mean I don't use the damn thing
and nobody's hurt because I do use it
So literally who cares?
Even in the context of an exploit of a form that ages with strength, that's something you'll have to resolve on your own to see how that rolls
because it's kind of impossible to account for every single interaction in jumpchain
we have 600 of the damn things almost
>>
>>47537918
>Barry
Is it stronger than everyone on the show? It doesn't have to use only Barry as the benchmark.
>>
>>47537884
Go and look at the discussion on post spark things having to make sense. Now look at your jump and for once, just fix it without people having to spend a whole damn thread screaming at you.
>>
>>47537920
I think he has control issues, mainly. Not really much point in dwelling on him though, he's moved on to yelling at Many.
>>
>>47537858
That's fucking retarded wank. You have a base form that's replaced every jump that you can't revert to it. You only have alt forms from where they're given to you by the jumps themselves, you don't get to just give them to yourself, that's like just giving yourself free CP or Perks.

You can carry over body replacements, or augmentations, or genetic enhancements, or whatever, I'll accept that much because otherwise they'd be pointless and you have to work for them anyway, but beyond that, fuck you, you're just fucking cheating.

>>47537907
>Assuming everyone who disagrees with you over your powerwanking and cheating is from Spacebattles
>Dismissing anything that disagrees with you as shitposting
>>
>>47537929
>>47537918
Before we get into this, why not ask him why he offers comic level stuff post spark? I know, I know, it's Many, but maaaaybe he has a reason?

>>47537938
Oi, you. Stop with the samefag accusing or whatever. Don't lower yourself to the level of a shitposter, just ignore them so they rot if you don't like them.
>>
>>47537831
Did he just hit himself with an arrow? That is a skill shot.
>>
>>47537948
I didn't say all of them were the same guy, dude. Just got the vibe from one of the posts. Regardless, I don't wanna debate who is who. My only advice is to ignore people who start screaming, and move onto other topics. Me though, I'm going to sleep.
>>
>>47537920
>I don't make a massive deal about using the housing supplement, for example
Not that anon, but I do.

>since I know that it's not superly acceptable, but that doesn't mean I don't use the damn thing
Opinion invalidated. Get the fuck out.
>>
>>47537951
No, hit his opponent. But yeah, Sengoku Drivers give you some cool archery skills.
>>
I would like to point everyone to the only thing you have to know about Comic VS (Insert Media Here) power levels. >>47536342
>>
>>47537964
Are Sengoku Drivers from the Sengoku period?
>>
>>47537948
Considering he himself talked about trying to exploit comic book speed force after finishing the jump?

I REALLY don't think he has a good reason.

Those things are dope.
>>47537960
Oh no, I'm having badwrongfun.
What a travesty.
I must leave jumpchain forever and take my jump with me so that shitposters may use my name to incite more garbage
what a world
[spoilers] Honestly now.[/spoiler]

In any case...Any ideas for drawbacks?
I've got at least 2-3 ideas, I know a few good ones already but I wanna watch y'all shoot yourselves in the foot.
>>
>>47537943
>replying to anon A: your argument is fucking retarded wank
>replying to anon B: hey, dismissing anything that disagrees with you is shitposting

Your logic is simply damning, anon.
>>
Remember, if anyone ever tells you something you don't agree with, just ignore them, dismiss them as a shitposter, and pretend like anything they argue afterwards isn't worth dignifying as response or so much as reading.

Always just assume you're correct, and never substantiate your arguments on anything than the assumption that you just are, and always remember to support others who do this against those assholes who would try to convince them of anything at all.

Because that's just how jumpchain does things. The rest of /tg/ may call us a festering shithole, filled to the brim with salty shitposters, but we all know the truth; we're a hug box that accepts no criticism.
>>
>>47538023
>>47538025
He's bein' a salty guss right above me, but for real, just don't reply to anyone yelling. If you can't put it logically and have to scream, you're not saying anything worthwhile.
>>
>>47538023
Are you gonna use the rubber suit world drawback?
>>
>>47538025
If you bothered to read, you'd have shown yourself as being able to do anything besides exactly what I said you sure do love to do; dismiss opposition outright.

Nope, they're named after the creator.
Ryoma Sengoku.
Isn't that the equivalent of having your name be something like Johnathan Civil War?
Anyways, they're goofy things because Ryoma is an actual child
Literally the only energy driver that has a weird battle cry(like Banana Arm's "KNIGHT OF SPEAR" or the Pinecone arms "ICHIGEKI IN THE SHADOW" ones) is his own
(it says "FIGHT POWER FIGHT POWER F-F-F-F-FIGHT")

>>47538023
Right, what am I saying, the Energy Lockseeds go with the Genesis Drivers, not the Sengoku Drivers. Whatever, either way, they're cool things.
>>
>>47538050
Yeah, great fucking justification. Just change it from being comics level, make it make sense for the arrowverse jump. If you don't care about post spark, you might as well either not offer it or at least make it make sense if you do offer it. And respond to everyone you coward.
>>
You are arguing about power levels in DC, shut up.

Trying to figure out what a specific thing can do in universe X is extremely pointless in any DC based jump. You have no fucking Idea what anything is capable of and it is likely to vary wildly within even a single universe.

The only thing that a jump maker could do is to set arbitrary limits that they feel is appropriate and possibly have the unrestricted version available as a post spark reward.

You are arguing about Comic Level but you need to be reminded that Comic Level for something like the Speed force ranges from pathetic too ridiculous.
>>
>>47538037
Is this the new jump chain meme?

Calling anyone who disagrees a 'yelling' or 'screaming' guy?

Fuck off. There's no audio over text.

Q1. Would you be fine with someone making a jump that made your jumper omnipotent post-spark?

Q2. Do you think other people would be fine with that jump?

Q3. If post-spark stuff is outside the realm of /JC/, why did you include it in your own jump?
>>
>>47538080
I thought they were meant to be bugmins
>>
>>47538072
You are being an idiot and not comprehending what the argument is about. You're being narrowminded and assuming everything is about power. It is not and never has been in this argument. It has always been about whether it makes sense to offer something, in this case it does not. If you're still having trouble, go read the talk about this earlier in thread.
>>
>>47538037

A post spark reward should be about unlocking sealed abilities. Not about giving you a different version of an ability from a different universe. Every bit of the linked post? Change Kryptonian/Prime mentions to Speedforce and you have your response.

>>
>>47538088
You are arguing that the Arrowverse speedforce is different than the comic speedforce.

It isn't, or rather trying to get an idea of the speed force from one media is pointless. There are thousands of different canons that depict the speed force and none on them can describe it well on their own. If you wan't to know anything about it you need to draw from all the available information including the comics.
>>
>>47538117
It's a joke from the series. Pay it no mind.
>>
>>47538105
Arrowverse explains fuckall about the speed force, you have to use the comics to learn about it.
>>
>>47538160
Or you can not assume that Arrowverse speedforce, given the Arrowverse as a whole has shown to be way lower power level, isn't exactly the same as the super high level showings of the comic Speedforce.

>>47538176
See above.
>>
>>47537761
>>47537768
I agree. Suul'ka shouldn't be locked off considering you'd have to jump through a fair number of challenging hoops to accomplish it and need to be a Liir to begin with for it to be possible. I also agree that unless we get an altform from the Sword of the Stars jump, we shouldn't even bother discussing blocking it until post spark.
>>
>>47538160
>>47538176
Yeah, see, assuming things makes you look like an asshole (Was that the expression?). You can look at the Speedforce in each continuity and judge it based on the feats it has demonstrated. Everything so far has indicated that the Arrowverse version is not even close to the power it's comic variant can reach at times. Yet it is being treated as if they are one and the same and I can't see any justification for it beyond stuff like you two and your "Obviously it must be the same despite giving no indication of being on the same level at all".
>>
>>47538116
He was actually having a great day. At this point Barry willingly handed over his speed to save Wally. When he injected himself with it, he cured himself of his velocity 9 related cancer.
