There are no heroes left in man. I don't want heroes, I want regular people reacting to the unbelievable, I want their weird human hang ups to come into play, I don't want them to be played as too savvy and aware / accepting of what's going on like most players tend to do it.
I want to see people who make mistakes because they're scared, or who run rather than fight in most situations. That's why I stopped running games for groups that were mostly Shadowrun vets and stuck to storygamers and Call of Cthulhu players. They're the ones you can count on to play personal horror games properly.

It feels like a copout to say "an average amount", so let me try to clarify:
I don't go out of my way to create a heroic tone for my games. It's a world where people make good and bad choices for reasons that made sense to them at the time, and the consequences that would arise. If someone does something that'll drastically affect their world for the better, however, I'll give it to them. More often than not, they earned it after the obstacles I throw at them.

So looking at Kaleb Daark's stats and profile. I'm wondering where I can find the information on what the runes on his armor do since the Warhammer Battle Magic pdf on Megaupload appears to be from a different edition.

No, one-third of available data is something we don't know. We know it is 1/3 sources of data, but the sample size for another one of the sources is minute because there are relatively few Games Workshop stores in comparison to FLGS.
The only legitimate skew is online sales from GW.

I just kinda left them when they were in their own movies. They overcome their shit and the issues in their individual movies are pretty insignificant to me anyways.
Avengers, for example, I just kinda sat below the portal laser-ing any Chituari that came through, then instead of Tony taking the missile through, I just threw it instead. Followed by a few of my own.
Civil War, I just kinda said "Yeah, don't give two shits about these accords. Get bent." Then I just sniped Zemos and nixed that entire thing.
The one thing I did kinda fuck up though, I meddled enough and shut down Ultron so fast that Vision didn't get made.

I want to run victorianesque campaing.
Maybe something like Unhallowed Metropolis (common early firearms, there is polution, social inequality and some vampire shit in cities, and there is a lot of zombie/other undead problem in countryside). Is there any good sources, books or suggestions for something like this?
I gladly would GM actual Metropolis, but some of my players don't want to change system.

You could check out the Iron Kingdoms. It has a lot of gun support, it is designed around 3.5 rather then pathfinder but a conversion should not be too difficult to do.

I usually end up playing/running kind of a sample platter because my group's heavily character-focused.
The events intended to sing to a character's strengths feel more upbeat and thrilling while the ones that prey on their weaknesses or challenge their morals end up feeling more grey and horrific.
I don't really consider it tone whiplash, but maybe I'm broken, idk.
