Need help /o/, buying a used car Friday but I have 2 choices. One is a 2000 Mazda 626 ES V6 that looks basically brand new and is gorgeous, other is a 1998 Honda Accord coupe with a rusted up hood. Both have 200k miles on em and are $1.5k
>inb4 poor fag
This is the Mazda
This is the Honda.
Saw your thread about Mazda reliability. might be a bit less than Honda but not worth the rust. Go 6.
Cars that give you goosebumps when you think of them

Probably a tie between two smoke and the smell of a cabureted engine running slightly rich.

What ever happened to interiors having indented sections to place something?
Is it fucking illegal now or something?
I don't understand. I never see new car interiors with that. It's always some round sloped shit that even a book will slide off.
If you're thinking about where the Ranger-logo is; airbags
>>16594655
Why does that stop them from adding a dip up on the top of the dash like many older cars used to have?
Even on that Ranger interior, the airbag could have been between the passenger air vents.

honderp fit has it
Hello, retard when it comes to cars here who only recently started driving
My car has a long front end and in my stupidity I parked it a bit too far forward, which caused the end to go a bit over the curb. Someone must have hit the front while I was gone and of course they left before I could see who they were
So now there's a giant ass paint chip right on the nose of my car, about 6 inches wide and tall. What should I do about this? How soon will the metal begin to rust/oxidize?
who cares
>>16594641
Evidently you since you decided to post:^)
>>16594620
Bumpers are plastic dude.
It's not going to rust.
Are you ready for sn/o/w?
been there done that

The Acura is incredible in the snow
>Heated seats
>Small cabin with kick-ass heater

Currently only like 3 feet total having fallen this winter
Hopefully getting a shitload this weekend, if the meteorologists are right
Hi /o/

>car
>>16593921
literally undriveable irl due to how much grip it generates
it doesn't generate much more gs than a fighter jet, but it shifts it way faster
>>16593921
Which tires could handle so much ground pressure ? You'd probably have to develop custom ones if you don't want to blow them after 10 miles.
A G-suit is mandatory for the pilot.
And you need a track wide and long enough if you want to drive this stuff at full speed.
But yeah fancars are really cool.
I just got through streaming The People's Car with James May on Amazon. Is conclusion was that the VW Golf fulfills the role of all-around greatest car. Then, on episode three of The Grand Tour, Jeremy Clarkson stated "That is why I own a GTI."
Why is it, then, that /o/tists continually shit on VW, even while two of it's demi-gods praise the brand?
Cognitive Dissonance is all I can come up with...
>>16593659
You think that just because two old limey faggots say something, I'm going to treat is as automotive gospel? Fuck off.
Because euros will always praise euro shitboxes and refuse to acknowledge jap superiority.
>>16593659
I own a 2016 GTI and I can confirm it's a pretty GOAT car. Only downside is the weak as shit stock clutch but keeping that car stock is gay anyway.
Wat ferrari is this ?

The kind you could google to find out.

What does it take to road legally do a body swap?
I want to take a limo...
A-and a LWB diesel pickup...
And stick them together.
Keeping the truck title for registration.
>>16593496
>Keeping the truck title for registration.
Nope, title goes with body.
>>16593496
register vehicle/inspect vehicle before swapping. that's it youre done.
>>16593509
That might be a problem when it comes to emissions testing though...
>why does your Lincoln limo engine say powerstroke on it?

Do you need any more of a reason?

>10 year warranty

>owners reporting 200k+ miles with no issues
I don't see a problem
>>16593435
These exist for under $5k
What went wrong?
>>16593420
Nissan build cheap, poor quality vehicles.

Gotta admit that B-pillar seems a little weird, but doesn't seem to be an issue with his driving position
Otherwise that car with that engine is absolutely lovely, I'll have to wait a few years to afford it though
>>16593441
How bout for shoulder checking?
