What do you think of the Alfa Romeo giulia? Its got a 500bhp Ferrari engine in it
Name one parts number of that engine used by a Ferrari
Name one.
We'll wait.
It's tuned by Ferrari, but it's an alfa V6.
The Alfa Romeo nose isn't any better than the Edsel.
They both look terrible.
Just because he sperged

what are some things you like to do in your car that you feel no one else does?
>I like to drive in residential streets at 2-4am revving my engine and smashing the horn, so I can wake up all the people who have to report to Mr.Goldberg in the morning

Sometimes I like to place my head and body completely flush against the seat and headrest. It looks completely ridiculous and is a good way to fuck with people. It also conveniently places you right behind the frame pillar so people to your left literally can not see you if they are looking into your car from a profile view.
also, sometimes i just like to sit in my car for a few minutes during a rain storm and listen to the rain patter against the roof. it's relaxing.
yes, i know, autism, etc
I'm considering this. I like how understated it is. How come I never see it talked about and why is it so cheap?

I'm interested in the Vauxhall version in the UK.
Imma lurk in this thread for opinions.
The VXR version of the Vauxhall is almost identical to the US GTO
most people consider them bland/ugly
nobody wanted them new
That's a Holden, cunt
tfw you find a way to defeat the seatbelt jew
fuck seat belts. seat belt do more harm than good.
Drive a car from before 66 and you literally never have to
my seat belts don't even work, but instead of a ticket to fix them, I get a ticket to put it on.
I'm about to pull the trigger on this brand new Toyota 86. Its $30k after taxes. Auto but with paddle shifters....

I'll start: Peugeot 505 STX I spotted in Silver Lake. Yes it was a manual, I made sure to check.
>1930's Ford Model A
Talked to the owner. He takes it out every 10 days to run the engine and occasionally give it fresh gas.
>Porsche 914, daily driver
Saw it at the gym, the owner bought it when it was new. It's his main method of transportation.

Is "organized" illegal street racing a thing outside of video games and films?
Or is it all just two's and three's pickup races at streetlights?
>>16589387
Just check out the shit in 1320video's outrun in Texas. That shit is legit organized street racing.
Not the Need for Speed style street hooning (it's not organized in the traditional sense at least) but highly organized drag racing and highway pulling scenes are very much a thing and have been forever
>>16589387
nah that shit happens. it usually starts with a few fags and then mutates into fast and furious type shit and by thattime the cops are aware and ready to bust it up. There was a huge organized street race in san diego (maybe oakland) a few years back that someone found a stream for. The cops blocked all the exits and then as everyone tried to leave they ticketed everyone, one by one.
ITT we fix the 13b engine.
>>16589281
I start:
>silicium carbite apex seals
>nikasil coated irons and hoseings
>higher compression ratio
>3 stage variable intake ports
>second oil system for chamber
>rotor deactivation

Offset combustion chambers, laser ignition, maaaaaaaaaaybe hybrid boost for low RPM.

Tesla performs mediocre in crash test.
>Tesla falls short of meeting the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s awards criteria.
>We put 4 models to the test for safety, the 2 all electrics Tesla Model S and BMW i3, fell short of our criteria for safety awards (...) In contrast the Toyota Prius Prime, earn our TOP SAFETY PICK+ desgination.
>The 2017 Model S isn't available with anything other than poor-rated headlights.
>Pay more thank 100k for an american "Mercedes Benz killer"
>Get a car that is less safe than Prius Prime
http://www.iihs.org/iihs/news/desktopnews/near-miss-two-all-electric-cars-fall-short-of-earning-an-iihs-safety-award
(((IIHS)))
Those jews think up new crash tests every few years. So any car not designed after the test, does badly.
The Prius Prime is a brand new design. So of course it is going to do the best.
The i3 is a aluminum chassis with a carbon fiber frame and plastic body.
The Model S is aluminum and the oldest design.

tesla's auto pilot killed multiple people by driving into the back of semis
people are still retards and use it
also a single puncture of the battery turns the car into a giant bomb
there is also just general QC issues that may kill your power steering and kill you that way
they also can't make more than like 50k cars a year and still have all these issues
i want to know who is responsible for tesla's marketing because the guys there can literally sell turds for 100k apparently
Wait, so all those Tesla fanboys that have been saying that the Model S is the safest vehicle were lying?

Hey /dbt/,
I'm going to take a Pan-American trip next summer. I'm planning to ride from Michigan to either Panama or Argentina, depending on what I can afford in regards to time and money alike. Needless to say, I've never taken a trip quite like this before. I want to make sure that I get the best bike for the job.
My budget is probably going to between $7,000 and $10,000. I'm trying to decide between the V-Strom 650, KLR 650, and Honda CB500x. So far, I'm inclined to go with the Wee - it's a little pricey but seems to have great reliability and better freeway touring capabilities than anything else in its price range. I don't think I'd be doing a lot on very rough trails or boulder-strewn roads.
Any opinions on which bike is the best or any I might not have considered?

Pic not really related - it's me lane-splitting in Delhi.
