Yes. I've been in 12 years (active and guard service) and had to deal with females several times. The biggest thing is you have to treat people fairly and have leaders on board who aren't afraid to stand up to the cry babies. There are plenty of people like that, but there's also lots of leaders who want to either coddle them or be extra harsh to prove how much they aren't coddling them.

It's the same reason Commonwealth troops tend to be fitter and have much harder Infantry courses - necessity. They don't have thousands of trucks or helicopters so everyone walks. They also spent most of the 20th century perfecting the sort of war that lends itself well to Infantry engagements.

Corporal Bongley of the Queen's First Blokes might be able to hit some goatfucker from 3 miles away or whatever it was with his AI rifle, but Corporal Monstertruck of the USMC can blow up the entire grid square.

Beretta 96s are 10K round pistols at best before the frame cracks. Whereas you can get 100K on a standard 92 frame.

The 96 was just a .40 shoehorned into a 92. The 96A1 alleviates some of the problems, but really why .40 anyway.

Replace and modify the trigger bar on any standard 92 and you get FA. Costs like 30 freedom bucks for the part. Why would you want to spend the extra money to mag dump 40 when you can mag dump 9 for next to free.
