So I'm thinking about buying the PSA freedom upper with a stripped lower and getting a bump-fire stock so I can have simulated full-auto for just under $600, but I don't like that the bump-fire system uses the forward push of your hand to work. Do you think it would be possible to cover the back of the stock and drop in a spring that does the pushing for me?

Afternoon /k/
So my buddy and I were out shooting yesterday, and he took out his new .308 Savage Axis. He was shooting steel case TulAmmo, and it wouldn't extract. It worked the first 3 times, then it didn't work at all.
I asked to see his bolt, and as soon as I grabbed the bolt and looked at the head the extractor flew right the fuck off.
So, now I ask where would I go to find a new extractor or, failing that, a new bolt for his Axis? Also, is this a common problem with this rifle? I'm under the impression it's the steel case doing it but I could be wrong.

You really shouldn't have used Tula. They pack the 308s like they're packing miitary 7.62x51. You're pretty much fucked.

I keep hearing these stories about public shooting ranges. So I decided to look for one close to me, can't find anything on this shitty DNR web site. I know there is a lot of MN anons here. So where are the public ranges by the twin cities? Or am I forced to go deal with bills?

Illinois is in the same boat, and we've got no state owned ranges. The only place within ~110 miles that I can shoot rifles at is a garbage tier underground range that only goes out to 75 yards and consistently has three of their four lanes nonfunctional. $15 an hour to shoot down a drainage pipe.
If you don't have your own land you just can't shoot in a reasonable manner. Why do I still live here? No NFA. Gun liscense. Can't practice. The only state with a higher expatriation rate is New Jersey.

Whats so great about a multi lug bolt?
How come the AR-15/10 family of rifles use a multilug bolt but rifles like the use a 3 lug bolt? Why do bolt action rifles in .223 and .308 use a 2 lug bolt?

They WERE real soldiers, until the border war ended, and PC pressure forced them to cuck themselves militarily by promoting blacks into positions of power they couldnt handle and hadnt earned, hence why a lot of the Armys hardware 'disappeared' after the war ended and may or may not be on various ex servicemembers farms and in their barns.
Its the saddest and most ironic thing, especially because only whites were conscripted during the border war, and they were an incredibly good fighting force, inflicting heavy casualties and taking very few in return.

Are there cases of objects air wake (non explosive) killing human targets successfully? If an object going at Mach 3 passed within a few meters of a human face, could it cause damage without hitting the face dead on?

Friend needed money so I bought these from him. The came with about 800 rounds of 223 and around 300 rounds of .308. Only payed $2100 for all of it.
