As I would assume you've got enough electronics knowhow to use a screwdriver and recognize a battery, I'd suggest that you take out the battery, write down the specs and look for a replacement.

Then take the old battery and treat it like old yeller, but with a hammer. Then take the malfunctioning battery and put it in something, shake it a bunch till you hear something happen and throw that bitch like your life depends on it.

Thanks for the advice but that seems to be a little mundane so I think I'll just cum in a bottle for a few weeks and once the bottles filled up oh disassemble it go out buy a syringe and inject my seed into the battery

What do you want it for? Plinking? Defense? What range do you plan on shooting? Greater than 200 yd, you'll get more accuracy and less drop out of the mini 14

We have to know what detachable base metal you have. There's AICS pattern mags (Pmag versions as well) which are probably what you want. If you get a chassis, those should all be AICS except for MDT which requires their own mags.

I am getting the MDT LSS. And yes they say it only accepts MDT mags, but all you have to do is file off ~1mm from the edges around the feed lip to get AICS mags to fit.

I was hoping for a cheaper alternative though.

put this together for 350 with a kit from e-sarcoinc and 100$ psa frame. it was a fun weekend i would definitely recommend it. one thing to consider is SS if you really want to get precise and blend parts with out having to refinish the thing. it works well but the grip is a little sharp. i have another frame and might to build with better parts some day.

Standard lower should work. Bolt would need to be properly sized for the round, same as the barrel and possibly other parts of the upper. Additional recoil would be felt, so that is a consideration for how well made the lower and stock should be(not a problem as you certainly aren't considering polymer for either)

It is also recommended that you move to Utah and change your name to Randall. and get a second set of furniture so you can butcher it for best aesthetics.

A Standard A1 upper and lower should work, just be warned .50 barrels are too THICC to use an A frame front post/gas block. I think a company used to make A Frames for really THICC barrels but I havent seen one in many years. I was also doing a Checkpoint Carbine build but I opted out to use .458 SOCOM since its more common in my area and I can still use an A Frame. Good luck with you build my man.
