How am I even supossed to start painting something like pic related?
All those colors, abstract shapes and repeating patterns used at once , I'm guessing im not supossed to do something like this relying just on basic brushes, am I right? are there any vídeos or tutorials explaining the process for which something like this can be made?

You don't understand color theory yet. You're prob at that phase where you are constrained by the rules you're trying to learn.
It takes a certain willingness to experiment on colors.
I don't know about these pieces, but it's a general rule.

What's normally the next step after finishing a pencil doodle you deem worthy of better quality?

This is a pretty dumb question to make your own thread for, OP.
All my life, i wanted to be an animator in japan and fulfill the weeb dream. I come from a rich family, and my parents want me to be business man. I could run away, and get some minimum wage job and draw on the side, but I know I could never be rich, my appearance would dwindle, and I could get never get a wife. So fine! Im going to prove ic i dont need a wife or being rich, and that I can be a japanese animator slave. I got me 4 cups of water and a chamber pot on standby plus flamin hot cheetos to keep me awake. Im going to attempt to draw for 11 hours straight without leaving this room, checking ic, listening to music, or lying in bed. And if i fail, i know it wasn't meant to be.... Im 18 and have already been accepted into a college too

So I have trouble concentrating when I'm drawing. Whenever I really get into it I take a break that goes on for wayyyyy too long. At this point its become a habit. I've tried setting a timer and scheduling exactly when I'll be drawing and when I'll be taking a break but that ends up with me on break for too long and not drawing enough when it's time to draw. I've also popped some pills for those who have trouble concentrating and those didn't work at all surprisingly so the issue is not there.
Please help me /ic/, you're my only hope. The only thing stopping me from becoming the best artist ever is a lack of concentration

I want to keep up, I want to get to the point I can earn at least some money. I cant move out and I cant work physically because i got diagnosed with hypotension and doing any physical stuff can do a lot of bad shit to me.
I dont believe in God but in my darkest moments I ask him that if I am not destined to achieve my dream and live like a normal human being - then he should end me now. I just cant withstand that much longer, I really feel weaker with each passing day.
So to any of you who is doubting in yourself - dont procrastinate, dont let go. If you live in a comfortable, not stressful environment, you got a lot of good stuff. Just work on yourself.
