The arrows coming out of the green character in the middle don't look right what colour and shape will fix it?
What do you think of this image logo for an event I am hosting? Honest opinions please.
I think this is the right place to post haha
Didn't see a WIP thread, so I'll put them here. I work primarily in 3D (salary and errything) but I like to do some design work. Hopefully some day I'll combine the two effectively.
Spent a few tens of minutes doing redesigns/fanart of Kanye covers. C&C welcome
I'm working on this, i need to work the perspective more and then make it with illsutrator/photoshop with a grindhouse look
This one is mine, a little sketch. I work for a company that I make designs for their website, t-shirts etc. and it's all about this awesome plant... So what do you think about this one?
I've been searching for almost an hour now how to do this in Photoshop...
I want to cut a picture into equal pieces and shuffle each piece around. Randomly. Kind of like a puzzle.
Even better would be if I could fill in a texture grid with random pieces of a picture I have.
For instance, I have this pattern, pic related and I want all the white spaces in it filled up by random parts of another picture I have.
Hello, I was hoping some one could make a good logo for me. I'm starting a little hooby. "Alastor Studios" is the name of the group. Be creative and thank you.
thank you for opinion
I'm doing a logo contest on 99designs, and I need your help figure out the best logo for an IT company.
The logos are here: http://99d.me/c/czrk
Which ones do you like most? I appreciate your feedback, thanks guys!
>hey guise, I'm using a business that's cheapening your entire profession. I'm directly contributing to devaluation of design and the diminishing job market you're trying to break into. Help me pick one of these logos so we only have to pay one designer!
The best are the straight Google rips - which, as you fucked up the entire contest by more or less demanding this in the first place, enjoy.
>Still be fucking obvious Google rips tho.
BTW, @ 380 entries on a $280 contest, with around 60% chance of that being paid at all, you prob. ended up with exactly the logo you deserved.
can you suggest a good free video-editing software
(thats not too full of itself like Vegas or Adobe)
that can handle MP4?
Weird, possibly complicated question: do any of you guys have an interest in, and would you be able to point me to examples of effective use of the uncanny, macabre,Gothic, and otherworldly in graphic design?
I'd like to see how successful designers have conveyed this type of uneasiness using the formal elements of design, as well as have some ideas about how to work around the subject matter itself while maintaining the proper tone. I'd like to see examples of this that maintain clarity without coming off as too clean or commercial.
Distressed finishes, dark and horror-style subject matter, an element of insanity, fervor or dread in technically successful work is what I'm looking for for inspiration.
i think those are more common in music-related posters/artworks.
Between these two logos, what is the one you like more?
Is it for a "school project" website that will be online soon and this is the main logo in the first page.
One has been made by me and the other by another guy.
My classroom already choose which one will be used but I would like to know your opinion too.
Than I will say which is mine
Who has this I FEEL LIKE PABLO "Namek Gothic Font" for free I don't want to pay 30 dollars for it, to make 1 image for myself..... Let me know please thanks
i need to make this 1 blend in.
how do i make it the same as the other numbers?
Anybody have and resources or inspo for tri-fold poster design?
I'm working on a poster for an engineering course. It seems as if, in the STEM world, all presentation posters use ugly gradients and boring fonts (pic related). I understand the need to keep presented data sterile and unambiguous, but there must be a more visually-appealing way.
