Which one?
The one on the right
the one on the left has been tainted by hipsters, you might as well move your workstation to Starbucks and convert to homosexuality if you wear it

Right is the only true terrorist watch

I use the one on the left, had it for years.

I'm looking to buy a laptop as I'll be working security for 12hours a night for a few night and also going to uni for masters in civil engineering. I was wandering anywhere decent to buy a good gaming laptop that I could get. Already have a gaming computer at home but I think a laptop would be convenient. Pic related are these specs decent?

msi's are good and lots of configurations can be found. A long while ago, I used to hear SAGER was a good brand so maybe look for a used lappy from them?

Why are you guys hating on amd cpus again?
something something pajeet something
this sounds like post-purchase rationalization, i swapped my 4.5ghz 8320 for a 2600k and even at stock speeds was a big improvement across the board.

Do what makes you happy, don't listen to the general consensus :)
AMD is fine, just fine
>b-but Bluetooth sound quality sux
If you really care about quality, buy a proper external DAC/headphone amp and shut the fuck up.
Smartphone DACs were never great and they are no great loss to anyone who actually pays attention to the sound coming from their devices. Better to get a pure digital signal out via USB than having to deal with a mediocre analog signal.
You guys will throw a shitfit over literally anything.

You do realize a speaker needs AC current to work?

My teacher gave me a "challenge" to get source code of windows notepad in C/C++, how can I get it and is it legal?
>>56495905
You can beg Microsoft for acces to the source code.
But that would make it illegal for you anytime in the future to commit to Wine or ReactOS. Chose wisely.
You can get the assembly code by disassembling the binary, just download IDA. You can probbaly decompile it then, fix in a couple of places, and have a maybe working copy. Bear in mind thay it'd never be identical to the one that
But why would you do that to begin with? It would be much much easier to just reimplement it from scratch.

I like them.
I own two pairs of Bluetooth headphones and I'm seriously considering getting these. I've done the research and I haven't found similar earbuds. Every rival is:
>an expensive Kickstarter project
>a business headset
>actual headphones
>size of a brick
>chink shit
>>56495615
Ya they're actually quite amazing. I tested them yesterday. The sound quality is pretty fucking good.
>>56495615
Have you ever used their regular wired earbuds? They're garbage. If you already have bluetooth headphones, they're likely better than whatever Apple has to offer.
>>56495637
Yeah my current headphones are no doubt better. But I can't go everywhere with these giant cans on my head.
>Buy Raspberry Pi
>Put Linux and customized software (for a specific purpose)
>Resell it
Is this legal?
I have an idea and I know people are too lazy to set it up themselves so I think I could make a good buck doing this but I don't know if it's legal or not...
Also I know it won't last long cause someone will copy what I'm doing fast, as the software is all freely available it's just a matter of setting it up properly .... but I think I'd still make a lot because of being first
Legal or not?
From Googling about it , it seems it should be OK .

Of course it's legal and people are doing it already.

It's fine, but remember to keep all source on hand if anyone asks for it as per the gpl
I've changed my router name appending _nomap to the end, apparently this opts you out of the Googlemaps geolocation service. But when they do that driving around shit what's to stop them recording the new name of my router and its location without me knowing?
Tech heads please respond, ta in advance.

Nothing. Hell any random person can drive around and get your router name and location.
