So for obvious reasons I've decided that my iPhone SE will be the last iPhone I'll ever have, unless Apple decides to revert all this stupid shit in the next generations of their phones (which they won't). This means I'll most likely switch back to Android once my current phone dies, though I'm not sure which brand delivers the same "quality" as Apple does.
I've been using different Android versions back on my Samsung Galaxy S4, installed my own kernels and so on, and there always were some issues which pissed me off so fucking much that I decided to switch to an iPhone. The OS crashing for no reason, apps not loading, the camera getting stuck until you reboot the phone, being unable to hang up phone calls because the screen stays black and so on.
So, is there a phone manufacturer nowadays which offers a phone with an awesome build quality, software which isn't riddled with bugs that want to make you kill yourself, that gets updates even two weeks after it has been released WITHOUT HAVING TO INSTALL PAJEETS LATEST XDA ROM and isn't filled to the brim with bloatware and ads?
I really don't want to buy a second iPhone SE just so I can use that once my current one dies, so ...

It's so refreshing having the apple and phone filters isn't it. I feel like I can breathe again.

How's it feel opening up the catalog and seeing only 3 threads?
i am a HIGH PLACED, APPLE ENGINEER. I worked on the iPhone 7. We discovered in our drop test result that 80% of phones did not survive 3 drops on concrete from 3 feet without shattering. The design team was told from HIGHER UPS, that improving drop survival rate was NOT A PRIORITY, and that we were NOT to improve it.
APPLE WANTS THE PHONE TO BREAK

Does anyone have Huawei P9? Is it a good phone or just a meme?
>>56489601
I wish they sold it in Canada.

P9 plus seems like a great one, though it's software is a bit buggy
Read reviews of the phone
I was about to buy the P9 plus because you get the huawei watch for free with it (Worth 400 eurobaguettes)
This unit was found in the wild.
It didn't cause a house fire because the user thought to run a benchmark after installing it, but shut the computer down immediately when the temperature spiked up outside the normal numbers.
The card vendor was Colorful, which is the second largest GPU card vendor in the world despite not having any presence in North America.
>housefire
Don't new GPUs just throttle like a motherfucker when they reach a certain temperature?
I thought them reaching over 100°C was a thing of the past, even when removing the cooler completely (in which case they should throttle down to almost a halt).

Nvidia low end cards are always a poor deal
If you're poor, just suck it up and buy AMD.
AMD branded game with shitty optimization
When Nvidia jews game developers, they just make their cards run it better, AMD sinks the whole fucking ship
>>56489423
is that game really unoptimized? 1080 only getting 80fps @ 1080p lel
Just had the location of my router move i cant run an ethernet cable anymore, so any suggestions for a pci/usb adapter that i should buy /g/ ?
PCI if you can afford the port.
>>56489246
Look into a powerline adapter kit if the router is on a different floor or too far away.
Get a PCI adapter because a USB one always gives problems.
>>56489460
How do powerline adapters actually work? I know it basically turns the lines into network cables, but that seems like magic. Does your house need a certain setup for them to work?
Need your help /g/
I need an atx case that has the following:
>side window
>front dust filter
>psu/bottom dust filter
>has a 2.5" bay
>doesn't break the bank
This, but honestly I wish it had a windowless option.

In case you didn't know, Ruby Kaigi is going on right now, the biggest conference for the Ruby programming language.
It's going to lay out what Ruby 3.0 looks like, including how they plan to make it 3x faster, and possibly add some sort of type system.
It's in Japan, so details are scarce, but this image is floating around on Twitter. Some kind of weird way to handle concurrency? I haven't heard of a concept like this before.
guild reminds me of maplestory

>It's going to lay out what Ruby 3.0 looks like, including how they plan to make it 3x faster
Based on what I know about Ruby, I don't really see how this is possible.
>>56491044
JIT. That'll give it a reasonable speed boost.
