>apple's face when you lose the lightning headphone adapter and have to pay $20 for a new one
They're always one step ahead
It's $9.
>>56493814
No actually it's -8
>>56493785
wtf i hate apple now
>muh retina display
>human eye can't see over 300ppi
The human eye doesn't see in resolution, the higher the resolution on a phone the sharper things will be, even if it's noticed subconsciously.
>>56493769
says the guy who says eyes only see 30fps and we don't need 60fps in games.
if 1440p is fine on a 25 inch screen, why do you want 4k on a fucking phone?
>>56493769
>The human eye doesn't see in resolution, the higher the resolution on a phone the sharper things will be, even if it's noticed subconsciously.
Do you even know how eyes work?
>muh apple doesn't work for the gubernment
You literally can't make this shit up
FBI comes up because people were obviously searching for "FBI" and "Apple" in connection with the news story of the government wanting Apple to provide a hack.
>>56493699
>searching applel in your spare time
you need a real hobby m8
>>56493699
Does that means Apple is also working for Google, Microsft, and Dell ?
Goodnight, Sweet Prince
It's not going to be the death of the 3.5 Jack.
Literally everything else uses it apart from the £800 normie core phone
>>56493676
yet
>>56493635
it DOESNT come with a 3.5 adapter, in the box?
To post on /g/ (or any other board of 4chan) you need to fill a captcha, this recaptcha is owned by google.
When you fill this captcha, it submits to google, along with the HTTP referer to the thread you were on, the time you posted, and your IP address (and automatically your location)
if google wanted to know, they'd know what you posted, when you posted, where you posted and why you posted.
They could even go far and read your Cookies, which contains info
And using that information, They could find your Google account, browsing history, Email, even Facebook or twitter (or any other account or website that has nothing to do with google)
Are you aware of that, anon?
Do you have any evidence to back up your claims or are you just spewing tin foil hat tier memes?
Yeah well, the little Anonymous name doesn't actually entail anonymity
>>56493649
It's basic knowledge that ReCaptcha sends feedback to google once you use it -- we can't argue on that.
Recaptcha also recognizes the websites it's on,aka the http referer(just use inspect element) Along with your IP adress (because every google service does submit your IP adress)
And since it's a google server and assuming that most internet users actually use google chrome, it would easily figure it out by using connecting your browsing history/cookies to your IP adress that it collected earlier.
AND then it can surf through your cookies and eventually find your facebook/other social media credentials
And that's how google can find your social media account based on a 4chan post, eventually finding your real identity

1) Use the Live ISO (if your distribution of choice has one) to boot directly into the GNU/Linux distribution without installing anything, that way, you can get to experience the GNU/Linux operating system without installing it.
2) Dual boot the GNU/Linux distribution of your choice along with Windows or macOS, this is recommended if you want to know more about the GNU/Linux operating system.

Amazing new innovations thread.
I'll start, pic related
I bet the fucking earpod is more prone to falling than that toothbrush.
>>56493445
the airpods arent designed for jogging, running, doing any of the activities where they would fall out of your ears. if the current earpods fall out of your ears with no tension on the cable, then you are in the minority and were born with ear defects
if you want wireless headphones for working out, they make beats, they showed them in the fucking keynote, and they actually sweat resistant
>>56493477
I love how every Applefag defense for a product defect is "you shouldn't use it like that", "you shouldn't be doing that" or "you don't need it anyway"
there is still time for you!!! kick out apple cucks! bros from other chans support you! install gentoo!

macOS Sierra GM download where?
>>56493316
It's not out yet.
>>56493367
The GM was released yesterday, has nobody uploaded it?
Look at this nerd he still uses wired earphones xD
>I just can't date guys who use phono jacks
>He uses the black model without a case
But I don't. The wire just connects the left and right ear together.
How am I supposed to hold this without touching the screen and accidentally interacting with it? Do I have to get a cover?
>>56493179
uhh turn the screen off?
replace it with the non edge version
>>56493179
I've held one in my hand once. It's not really a problem holding it. Just don't grab it like you would your dick.
Hey /g/ ...
I recently got a hold of two e7 2890v2's ( the 15 core , 2.8ghz variety ) .
Problem is they are engineering samples and motherboards are pretty much nonexistent .
So I'm stuck with two expensive paperweights because selling said xeons is considered illegal .
Am i fucked ?
Intel has a return policy on ES chips , but i'm afraid they might just take them , meaning i would have lost a still fairly significant 200$ ...
Has anyone here dealt with engineering sample returns ?
You man the fuck up and buy a motherboard to stick them in
>>56493328
it's not even a question of price. As a consumer it is impossible to find a board that can use them
Pretty sure you can return them to Intel and they give you a commercial-grade equivalent for free
How important are they to computer science?
>game
>>>/v/
>>56493156
Depends on field.
Game theory is for economics, not computer science.
