How can I get VirtualBox to recognize the super key inside a running VM?

For some reason when I press it, it's not getting received by my Manjaro i3 guest, meaning I can't perform any of the i3 keyboard shortcuts necessary to operate the system.

What are some workarounds? Can I change the super key for my host? Or something less drastic?
