Theres no pressure levels so nothing will look fundamentally better than on a mouse. If you are remotely serious about drawing then you gotta save up and get a tablet. It doesn't have to be a fancy Wacom. I have a 80$ 6x10 Huion That gets basically the same results minus some obscure features like tilt that even most professionals don't use. The only value difference beyond that is having the digitizer on screen and then bigger screens.
Theres even a 30$ one if you're desperate but the surface area is tiny.
