lmao stop being petty baby
Hey bros so ever since I deadlifted last thursday my fucking right wrist feels really weird. First off it is NOT de Quervains and it ain't carpal tunnel, symptoms for both don't match up to how it feels.
The thumb tendon (in the wrist) feels like its tight all the time, not painful, but just like caught. I can do most movements just fine, but whenever I grip something thin and hard (like a barbell) the tendon right at the base of my thumb has a little spike in pain. I can carry shit fine, type normally, etc., but gripping a barbell makes it hurt. WTF is happening pls help Google is useless its just fuckin OH YOU GOT DE QUERVAINS or YOU GOT RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS like nah
Related to your question: 2 weeks back i did the roll of shame and somehow i've fucked my wrist up. I felt pain all the way from the wrist to the middle of the forearm. It hurt when i would twist my arm
Couldn't to bench, chin ups or any upper body exercise for 1 week. Now i can do chin ups and other exercises with no problem, but it still hurts a little when i bench
Anyone knows what could've been the problem?

But it's definitely a double-edged sword for other reasons.
Anyone have a good ab workout i can roll too?

Hey /fit/ bros, been lifting for about a year now.
I was still in shape before lifting heavy because I played sports in high school.
Back then I had no shoulders, even now my shoulders aren't defined at all.
I feel like I don't hit them hard or often enough.
Can anyone with good delts tell me how often your shoulder days are and what your routine is?
Inb4 juice
I've only been lifting for a few months; here's my routine given to me by personal trainer (ex-body builder)
Warmup - 3x15 TRX row
3x12 - Seated row
3x12 - Single arm row
3x10 - Hoist row
3x12 - Cable Crossover
your shoulders consist of the front delts, lateral delts, and rear delts, so I'll cover each one
>front delts
for most people, front delts will be stimulated enough with compound pressing - front delts are heavily involved in variations of bench press (with delt involvement increasing with a closer grip and lower touch point or increased inclination), and obviously heavily involved in overhead press where they're the primary focus
>lateral delts
lateral delts are not adequately stimulated with pressing variations (including overhead press - although DB press done with more flare stimulates them more than barbell), you should isolate them with lateral raises for best results. lateral delts can handle a lot of volume and recover quickly, which means you can hit them with significant volumes frequently
>rear delts
rear delts are already being hit with pulling exercises, but for best development you should hit them with rear delt raises or face pulls as well. same rules apply as for lateral delts, small and capable of recovering quickly
any routine you do that involves heavy pressing (bench pressing, close grip bench, incline bench, etc. - it doesn't even need to be overhead pressing) is probably already training your front delts adequately, and your front delts are not very visible anyway compared to the lateral and rear delt, so don't worry about including isolation work like front raises for the front delts unless you really need more volume for them. instead, do lateral and rear delt work every single time you're in the gym for a few sets
the idea of having a shoulder day and just hitting lateral and rear delts on this day is stupid, because they can handle so much volume and frequency (same applies to biceps as well, you can train them multiple times a week so just tack them on at the end of each session)

Idk what to do so I'm gonna ask you guys. I started lifting about 6 months ago as a skinny dyel and gained about 20 pounds. Everything was going well up until about a week ago when eating has gotten totally fucked. Lately even just thinking about food will give me this gagging feeling and a couple times I've thrown up all the food I ate at night. When it happens I can literally see all of the food I ate that day.
I've already lost 10 pounds this past week and I can't eat jack shit, even just eating part of a 6 inch subway sandwhich will make me feel like throwing up.
Has anyone else gone through this? Or does anyone know how to fix this? I'm terrified of losing the small progress I've made since its just months of work going down the drain.
You need to see a doctor
yes I went through that after a bulk and went to intermittent fasting which sort of helped but I started to eat more and more "healthy" foods in bulk and felt awful afterwards.
for the time being i am sticking to a 1500-2500 calorie diet of lean meats and diary
>tldr stick to lean foods eat when you want too and dont force yourself listen to your body because you are natty and not on roids

So I was embarrassed. We were playing catch and the name of the gmaes 20 push up if you miss a good throw.
I was the only one that couldn't do even ONE.
One comment said. Hey anony I thought you work out every day shouldn't you be able to do at least ONE pushup?
I'm entering otter mode but yet I can't seem to do one push up.
These guys were from chubbyfat to buildfat. The only thing I had over them was endurance we played this other game that did more running and jumping and I ended up winning.
I do pull ups/chin (40% assisted) and I have been improving since I started... before I was at around 60% assisted.
How is it that these guys could do push ups and they don't even go to the gym or even play sports.
>>42818357
You didn't build strength
>>42818357
most people can do push ups, and maybe an ugly pull up. You are the exception. Probably anorexic if you say you are "ottermode" and did 60 % assisted pull ups.
Anyway if you want to increase push ups, look in youtube for "perfect push ups", cause you are probably doing them wrong, unless you know about PPT, and shoulder protraction
>>42818357
>entering otter mode
>cant do one push up

Busy for the next week or so, no time to cook. Nuggets good, okay, or bad for protons? They taste bretty good but I am worried about the sodium and grinded up chicken beaks and wieners they put in there.
Shit man I hope you didn't yell at your mom too much for buying the wrong tendies, she loves you and tries her best to deal with how disappointing you are.
Just buy the precooked frozen chicken breasts...you clown. You can microwave that shit.
Those are Dino Nuggets. That's dinosaur meat. It's like twice the protons of chicken (modern-day dinosaur so hey, how about that, huh?) meat.
Expect massive gains, bro
