Hey bros so ever since I deadlifted last thursday my fucking right wrist feels really weird. First off it is NOT de Quervains and it ain't carpal tunnel, symptoms for both don't match up to how it feels.
The thumb tendon (in the wrist) feels like its tight all the time, not painful, but just like caught. I can do most movements just fine, but whenever I grip something thin and hard (like a barbell) the tendon right at the base of my thumb has a little spike in pain. I can carry shit fine, type normally, etc., but gripping a barbell makes it hurt. WTF is happening pls help Google is useless its just fuckin OH YOU GOT DE QUERVAINS or YOU GOT RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS like nah
Related to your question: 2 weeks back i did the roll of shame and somehow i've fucked my wrist up. I felt pain all the way from the wrist to the middle of the forearm. It hurt when i would twist my arm
Couldn't to bench, chin ups or any upper body exercise for 1 week. Now i can do chin ups and other exercises with no problem, but it still hurts a little when i bench
Anyone knows what could've been the problem?
