about 1 and a half months into Jason Blaha's Ice Cream Fitness and it's going great, but I'm wondering - I constantly see people doing different, much more isolated lifts. I've added some to my workout routine, and I do them in addition to cardio on days where I'm not doing ICF, but I'm not sure if I have a total set of workouts, or if I'm doing too much?

Basically, I'm doing ICF and adding:

-Sitting Rows
-Chest presses
-Cable Rear Pulls
-Plate Raises

also, sometimes I'm doing tricep and dumbbell extensions on days where I don't do the main 5x5s.

I don't mind spending more time in the gym, I just want to get that full-body workout. What should I be adding?

I wouldn't add anything to icf. Its already one of the more intensive full body routines. Just keep it simple and follow the routine,If u try to change things up u might hinder progress and recovery

I remember several months ago someone here shared some life/culture improvement info that had been compiled in a website called "viriculture", but today, none of the pages are loading when I go to visit. I remember there was some really fascinating info that this guy had dug up from things like how to optimize the development of your children, to strengthening your mind and body.

I was wondering if anybody knew what happened with the guy and his website, because I know several people on here would be interesting in getting their hands on that information, as life improvement seems to be a fairly popular topic recently.

I've just transfered into a barback job, I frequently have to pick up box-shaped objects at some strange angles and need some advice on NOT fucking my back.

>having to grab cases of beer in a fridge that is 6 inches shorter than me, theres a solid pillar in the center, and the cases are partially behind said center
>having to grab a big bin of ice I shovel in and load into a larger bin on wheels, grabbing in one area usually allows me the classic front-squat type form, the other one has uneven footing because of the drain on the floor being elevated

These things in combo have made my middle/lower back crackle like popcorn when I twist some days and have it be swollen as fuck when I get home other days. This makes me afraid to go back to the gym and deadlift because then I'll have fucked my disc and theres no workers comp to apply for. pls help /fit/, my job is a gainz stealer and possibly bodybuilding journey ender!

Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

It is, It hit Miami this morning, and it's heading north through Tampa to Tallahassee. It's gonna cut through the gulf and power back up to a cat. 4, 120 mph winds etc. It's hitting us tomorrow morning at 9am.

Guys huge like Matt Wenning is maybe natty, he got such skinny legs/calves. I have seen bigger guys, genetically gifted guys. There is a big genetic component to huge ass powerlifters contra, weak skellys. I think there are a top percentile that can get super strong without steroids.
