Guys, I've been taking for the past 3 weeks some BCAA, and I've noticed that my libido has been lower, and I can't maintain a boner.

Has anyone noticed anything similar while using BCAA? Could they cause such problem?

Anyone have the Romaleos 3? Tempted on getting them but hearing mixed reviews.

I have the adipowers and can recommend them. Biggest complaint I've heard about the romaleos 3 is that the heel doesn't cup your foot very well

It's good for recovery days, improving flexibility, maybe getting mires, so if you go to lift every second day, you can do
