When I stick a finger under my right collarbone like this I feel a movable bump (one that can even move up above to the top of the collarbone) and when I put my finger beneath my other collarbone I don't feel any similar bump present.
Can somebody fill me in on if this is okay or not? I googled it and saw there are lymph bodes near collarbones and that people can get cancer lumps under them but I couldn't find anything mentioning any kind of bump near the same spot I feel mine.

If you're really concerned about it, see a doctor. Personally I'd say quit digging under your bones and stop looking for problems when you're probably fine.

My friend and I are having a debate. I am saying that muay thai/kickboxing is superior to just boxing in terms of acquiring fighting skills for self defense.
Obviously a bigger factor would be who has the better trainer but assuming both gyms are good, which martial art is best for knowing how to FIGHT? My argument is that muay thai would be better, because rather than just punching you would know how to kick use knees and elbows, you have a larger variety of attacks..

It's alot placebo but works imo, when working I take on the morning to stay awake, otherwise before workout together with (currently) the butcher pwo. As I said, alot of placebo but it helps you do better.
I kinda made a mistake and took them from day 1, but it is the main reason i was able to stick to working out now and im good for life with or w/o pwo, havent skipped a single day for 4 months 6days a week, i walk an hour to the gym and an hour back most times, i give preworkout credit for it.
But now im semi dependant on it mainly for pump or a dmaa high, but im kinda done fuckin w dmaa pwos its legit crack.
Tldr pwo are great but semi dependant now
Also, I read this stuff lowers appetite, increases metabolism and other very un-bulkish shit, and come as it is winter I'm doing my first ever bulk.
