-Deduce that I need to improve my squat, and hope that my shit knees can handle it, so talk about running an RSR cycle

i have my first meet on the 12th of December and i have to weigh 58kg for that meet.

right now i'm around 59-60 kg and there's two weeks left: this week i would like to keep training hard and next week slow down to have enough power for the meet.

how do i lose those 1-2 kilos while still being able this week to train at full capacity and without draining my body too much before the meet?
i easily lose 1kg of water weight in a couple of days by cutting carbs and drinking a lot, but i am afraid that it will hinder my performance if i'm low on carbs and dehydrated..

the weigh in will be on the day of the meet at 8am to 8:30am, and the meet is around 9am.

1-2 isn't too much you could easily lose that over night, especially if you limit eating and drinking the day before (within reason).
or just do a water cut.
whatever you do it shouldnt affect your performance significantly, just make sure you rehydrate and refuel immediately after weigh in.

Cleaning the weigth is hard since I always pull like a deadlift and my legs are super weak. Jerks are super easy desu, back tight, internal rotation etc. I can't even OHS the bar though, so that's a horrible mobility and strength issue.

I reall wish to keep my lower body more mobile, specially hamstrings and glutes currently.
I've been foam rolling around this area and stretching around said area, groin and hip flexors included but I was wondering...

Is there any good foam rolling and stretching programs I can do on my rest days?
I also need a middle / upperback roll or stretch of something.

I am worried of doing damage to my spine as I have an extra hard and spikes foam roller.

If I buy a lacrosse ball what can I do with it?

well I switched from banging the bar to brushing. When I was banging, my snatch would be very inconsistent but my hang snatch was perfect and very strong

now I'm brushing and far more consistent, if mobility feels ok I'll never miss below 90%. But I tried to hang snatch today and couldn't even do 60%. Same with power hang work, very inconsistent. Fine below the knee though and from low blocks.

I have trouble with higher hangs and blocks too - yesterday I did 95 for two singles and 90 for 3 doubles off the blocks. My best snatch is 110. The reps I did "right" absolutely flew though, so I think its an issue of just learning my second pull better.

if you actually use your legs when doing above the knee hangs it should be close or better than your regular snatches

push your knees out and hips out, you should feel the legs very well then all you need to do is jump while maintaining back angle

do you still feel/hear the contact? by brushing you mean not initiating the movement with the hips right? because you should still hear the loud contact even when you change tech to more legs

yes I've definitely switched to a more back dominant pull. I still feel the contact, don't hear it because the bars are rogue crossfit bars - i.e. absolute dogshit, barely spin at all, closer to solid lumps than the eleiko bars. I'm working on strengthening lats though which should make a difference, going to try to introduce a bit more pullups/chins

I have a new training method where I don't go full intensity on lighter weight. I just focus on my pattern and my cues im working on and i sit in the hole for a second.... then once I hit 100kg I forget about the cues and let my subconscious take over that department and instead concentrate on power. it's funny that you're basically only extending enough to put the bar overhead every time you increase the weight. Like you cut your pull short every time, hugely so on the 60kg stuff, less on the 70, then less still on the 80. It's like by the time you get to max weight you will have perfect extension based on that trend.
