Alright fit. Noob to lifting here. Started roughly 5-6 months ago at 5'10 123lbs. Currently about 142 lbs.
Here are my shitty lifts:
Squat:160 x2
DL: 200 x3 PR
Dumbbell press: Havent pushed for 1-3 rep max. But currently doing 40 - 12 reps, 50 - 8-10 reps and 60 - 4-6 reps.
Do these seem like pretty standard lifts for somebody my body weight
Also: Been bulking at 3-3.5k calories per day. Do you think that's too little now? my weight gain has slowed drastically.

Circadian rhythm gets thrown off no matter what.
Hell, maybe once a month I hibernate and catch up on sleep that I was deprived, and sleep from 7am-4pm, up for a few hours, then continue to sleep until work or until can't sleep any longer.
It's statistically shown how trucker live shorter lives, simply due to lack of sleep.
Suck it up and get used to it, and don't go without sleep for more than 10-20 years.
/fit/, I'm sub 6 feet tall and can't live like this anymore. I'm 22 years old and haven't grown in a few years, but do you think it's possible for me to use hgh to grow any taller at this point? Has anybody had any success using hgh for height gains?

Because squats and deadlifts are a meme that people keep pushing so people risk their lower backs for no good reason. Use the machines like everyone with a brain, there is literally no reason to take the risk with freeweights when machines do everything they do safer and more effectively

I was always under the assumption that, unless you had something worthwhile to say, keep your mouth shut and do your work, let other people do theirs (this goes 100 fold for interaction with women).
Then today someone implied to me that, because I never talk to people, I'm an antisocial dick. I've been going to the same gym for years now and I always see the same people but I never chat, I don't have gymbros so I just have headphones on 24/7.
