How do I become alpha, /fit/?

Yesterday I was at a party and talked with some girls I know. Both are bangable, but nothing happened. I wasn't able to persuade them because frankly I didn't have anything to talk about. I was perfectly content sitting there not talking to anyone actually, yet still pissed I wasn't making any social gains.

How's your winter cut going anon? I started cutting in earnest at 206lbs, currently 186. bench went from 225 for 3 to 205 for 1 but it doesnt seem to be going down anymore, chinup's going "up" but i know thats because i'm weighing less. i don't want to talk about my squat right now

I've dealt with injuries and over-busy lifestyle for the last couple years, so am both too fat and lost muscle. The being too fat bothers me more, and I'm single and need to get chicks, so I'm gonna be cutting a lot. I'm at 17% now, trying to get down to 12-14 on this cut, then maybe do a small bulk, but eventually I'm hoping for 10-12%. I figure it'll take a while, and with work it's not like I can cut perfectly or fast, so my goal is to be at 10-12% by the end of May.

Why is pizza considered unhealthy? I work in a pizza store so I can get free pizza whenever so I plan on using it to bulk, but I'm hesitant because of the negative stigma.

I hate my height. My dad is like 5' 3" and my mom about 5' 2". Genetics are not on my side. I want to get taller, like many guys do. I'm not asking to be a 6'5" viking like some of you giants. 5' 11" would cut it for me.

You are 19, man, if you are very lucky you might grow an inch, but that's it. There are no magic tricks to get you to grow. Make sure you get enough food and that's about it. Don't even bother trying snake oil stuff. You are a manlet and you are better off just accepting that.

So, at what point did you realise you were actually making it? Some event that kickstarted the "holy shit it's working" mindset?

For me, it was randomly touching my chest and realising I suddenly had pecs. Some hard muscle I could actually flex and move, and not just some flabby motionless layer between fat and ribs. I just couldn't stop touching them while flexing during the whole afternoon.

I need fucking help..

I've been going to the gym for a little over 7 months now and I am making absolutely no progress. My first week there i had someone teach me a routine where you Squat, Deadlift, Bench. He said "Continue doing this and you'll see a big difference within 3 months". I did this shit for 3 months and i haven't seen any single difference, I've tried adding weight on and what not but i don't gain anything out of it.

For the past 4 months I've been experimenting with routines that I find online and little difference is made there as well.

At this point I am very close to giving up.. I eat at least 2,000+ calories a day, i tried that fitness app that you can get on your phone and ate around 3,500 calories a day for a month or two. I gained around 7-8kg but all around with the working out i saw no difference in muscle, just fat.

I don't even sweat at the gym like i did my first week, i just get tired and my muscles fatigue not being able to handle weight after the 40 minutes that I'm there.

I'll take on anything you guys give me right now. Any tips, routines ETC would be a lot of help.
