Sure, dumbbell press is a thing. Arguably, they work your stabilizers and activate your pecs a little better than a barbell. Plus, you don't have to do the "roll of shame" if you fail a rep.

I weight around 135 lbs and look like a 3rd world worker since I have definition but too little volume to be ottermode. I unironically did GOMAD once and my friends still remember those times where I was going to the gym, I was looking my best. Thats how clothes works, they favour the skinnyfat. Go to facebook and try to find yours skinny friends in a bikini. I remember seeing these two skinny girls with decent face last year, then looking facebook and they went from 8/10 to solid 3/10. It literally takes 30 minutes 3x a week to have a decent body at your 20's and some people still just don't care.

Almost nobody trains long runs every single day. If you have not been working up to it for mo this, 10k per day running WILL fuck up anyone.

10k every day is a fuckton, and everyone knows cardio kills gains

Given that, plus 100 sit-ups/push-ups/squats, you would not gain muscle unless you ate a million calories everyday which most people can't do

Some of you may remember me, I made a thread last week, because I thought I sexually assaulted my oneitis. We both got really drunk at a party, I got blackout, she didn't. I woke up next to her in my bed, she wouldn't talk to me before she left, and when I got up I noticed there was blood everywhere.

So this is an update thread. I think I have Chlamydia. It tickles/stings when I piss, and I'm leaking a white discharge.

I'm also starting to think that maybe she was on her period. I went over the evidence again and compiled this:
