Has anyone done Starting Strenght while cutting? How did you do? Did you lose weight? Did you gain strength?

Is it possible or just a waste of time? Should you just do PPL while cutting and starting of and maybe when you reach the goal then start SS?

You'll stall sooner and move off of it, but you will gain strength and lose weight over the period unless something goes really wrong.

That's what I'm doing right now, so I'll stay in this thread because I'm curious as to what people think is the better alternative for fatasses. So far my lifts (and therefore strength) have gone up, meanwhile I've been losing fat. I'm about two months in now.

Hi guys. I don't know if this sort of thing has already been discussed here but here it goes:

I have Pectus excavatum and don't intend to grow my chest, simply because I don't like exposing my chest, pic related. Should I skip it to focus more on other muscles or will I be unbalanced if I skip chest?

You can get surgery, or lift so that the problem will be way less noticeable. Also, a big chest is alpha.

Just train it anyway, just because you dont intend to show it you dont have to neglet it, it will cause imbalances. Plus it makes PE less noticeable with a shirt on

So i have recently noticed that i have no chin. I dont know if its because of bad posture or just genetics. Because in some pics it looks like i have a really long neck. And in some where my neck looks normal and i have a visible chin. Took multiple side pics and the length of my chin is a less than my thumb.

So any excersis to help this ? Because i looked at some childhood pictures and i didnt have this before.

How many people are actually juicing? The tell-tale signs (cannonball delts, huge upper chests, ect) are everywhere nowadays. Belgian statistics do say that at least 25% of gym goers juice. For the US, there are other numbers:
