I work at GNC. Everything is a fucking ripoff besides shit that's about to expire on markdown.

3rd party gets discounted 50% when it's two months out from expiring.

GNC brand items get incremental markdowns and it starts at 6 months out. 33%, then 50%, then 75%, and I think we just introduced a 90% last-month markdown just a few days ago.

Pickup all the really cheap markdown whey and preworkout. You can get them for less than $10 sometimes.

How do you season simple rice?

For the past months I've been eating very healthy (chicken, fish, veggies, fruits, no dairy or red meat, lots of water) but I haven't put grains into diet too much, so I want to fix that. Plain rice is unbearable to eat though.

So if you eat at a deficit, you lose weight, eat more gain it. What happens when you eat exactly at maintenance but lift hard and do lots of cardio? Does that make you more "toned" or does your body just stay the same?

How do I go about eating healthier? Are there any good sites for recipes and information? How do I actually make a balanced diet with only a few meat dishes per week?

I'm especially interested in swapping out most of the meat/cream/processed foodstuff to something different, I'm just completely lost about what I should specifically seach from the interwebs to find any information about these things.
