I have some pretty crazy disproportionality going on, even though my lifts are actually fairly balanced for my strength level.

I can't even do 20 push ups in a row.. but I can bench press 120lbs 15 times.. and 90lbs 50 times.. and less weight more.. why is this?

btw, do you do all the pushups, sit ups and squats in ONE go or do you take breaks in between the reps

Unless you press at an elite level, they are pointless. You need them wrapped so tight they cut off your circulation and limit you to 3 or less reps.

ive been doing SS for 4 months and its going pretty well + i am making sick lowerbody gains

but... my upperbody is not so good. terrible in fact.

What would happen if i did SS but switched squats and bench so that I bench every workout and only squat on alternate workouts? would that cure my T-Rexism?

Because it keeps your back flat (which is stupid anyway).

It's reasonable when doing an incline bench press to put your feet up on a box or something. When I do incline bench I try to keep my back flat, but I always end up arching my back as I start to push, making it easier and cheating. Putting your feet up prevents it.

I've been binging on food the last 3 days because of the holidays, ate all kinds of fat and sugary food and ate for multiple hours straight (Italians..)
Usually I really keep track of my nutrition and i try to eat 0grams of sugar a day and never binge and yea..
But these last days I really exaggerated.
Will this have a negative effect in the long run on my health or athletic performance due to all the sugar and bad fat and the "eating for multiple hours even when you're full"? I know it's pathetic but I'm afraid my stomach has stretched kek
I know our family binges like this every year and apparently nothing has ever happened so far, but this year it's the first time since I started lifting and yea..

Will I make it even though I pig out really bad one week straight over the Christmas holidays?
