Why is conventional deadlift better for functional strength than sumo deadlift? In real life, if you want to pick something up, you want to lift it with a wider stance and in a more upright position, just like in sumo deadlift.

Tell me about stretching.
It's not something you can fix in a two days of heavy stretching. Slowly and gradually increase how far you go until you get there.
Had the same issue which caused me to butt wink at the bottom of my squat --> bad form --> jumper's knee after some time..
You should go see a physical therapist, that's what I did after about 6 months og jumper's knee.. He gave me some exercises to do every day, including stretching of the hamstrings (mine are also too tight/short), which actually "cured" me after about a month.. Now I'm squatting like nothng was ever wrong with my knee/hammies..

I know, but I was going to do it intensely for months, now I'm scared.
Are tingly feelings normal or to be avoided?

>does calcium deplete calcium from your bones
>>35387464
did you even read what I linked?
"Here’s how it happens. Like all animal protein, milk acidifies the body pH which in turn triggers a biological correction. You see, calcium is an excellent acid neutralizer and the biggest storage of calcium in the body is – you guessed it… in the bones. So the very same calcium that our bones need to stay strong is utilized to neutralize the acidifying effect of milk. Once calcium is pulled out of the bones, it leaves the body via the urine, so that the surprising net result after this is an actual calcium deficit."
I'll continue drinking 2 litres of it everyday, I don't give a fuck.

Left, I don't want my children to be manlets. Womanlets are a genetic trap, I want to make genetic gains, not be the father of midgets.

Right, obviously. Only that way I can be taller than she is ;__;

Of course he wouldn't. Refusing blow jobs is gay.
You do the best with what you got, OP. I'm in the same boat, and therefore I tend to focus a lot on my lats. And thankfully I have low lat inserts and it all helps blend decently.
Improve what you can, don't worry about what you can't.

How hard is a tough mudder? Is it just for runners that are not totally weak? I just saw that the hall of fame has no one doing more than a 100 miles in 24 hours (which is far from what a good ultra runner would do).
Has anyone on /fit/ competed in it? Are the obstacles hard?
>>35387019
if you are fit its easy if you are a fat fuck its hard
>>35387019
They're not that hard. Unless you're a damn fast runner - those guys get a clear run at all the obstacles, everyone else gets stuck in the cluster because there's more people in the pack than can attempt the obstacle at any one time.
You wouldn't get any serious ultradistancers doing it, so I dunno why you'd expect to see many of them in the hall of fame.

Top price for the World Championship is $10,000 nothing great but but it is not like ultrarunning is paying loads anyway.

If calisthenic excercise is really physically demanding (one armed push up, pistol squat, one armed hand stand push ups, front levers, planches, pull ups, etc)
why are women and children able to do them
>>35384878
Because they are small underweight skellys, having real muscle is heavy
Why does nobody on /fit run?
The CDC says you should be running 75 minutes a week at least.

Hey, so I like being told what to do, but don't know which advice online to follow.
I want to lose weight and have a bikini body for the long term whilist having boobs to be proud of and reducing as much sag as possible.
Where do I go that could find me a schedule to stick to and follow.
