Seriously dude, no guy can make me feel as good as the weights can. Gym kinda fucked up my dating shit, last time I was on a date, which was some 7 months ago, all I was thinking that this drink is affecting on my gains. And when he was kissing my neck, all I could think that I was rather at gym squatting.

"Bulking" should mean "start at 8-10% and bulk up to 10-12% before cutting".

It should not mean "eat like a fucking pig and get up to 25% while lying to yourself about how much muscle is hiding beneath your fat rolls".

what are the big benefit of home gym against a normal gym?

what are the "must have" stuff for home gym?
I think taht all you actually need is a good power rack, a bench, adjustable dumbells and some plate and a bar.

The benefits? You can gym butt naked, any time you want, while you have food cooking in the oven for your post workout meal. No wasting time looking at dyel bitch tits and waiting for equipment.

As for essentials, bar, plates, incline decline bench, squat rack to use with bench, pullup bar, I'd throw dip station in there too but you can get that on some squat racks to save space, and a thick mat if you have iron plates. That's the essentials really.

alright /fit/,

let's talk "overtraining". Is it bullshit, or a legitimate concern?

I'm 27, and in relatively good health, been lifting for about 2 years and can run a 5k in under 25 minutes. I've always lifted 3x/week but I lift heavy, so my CNS is always in a state of feeling pretty taxed out. Not on gear.

Can a person like me start lifting heavy 5x/week with good effects, or am I setting myself up for failure?

Youre supposed to eventually master your body and know how it reacts to certain things.

Personally i lift 6-7 days per week.
