Why is my deadlift going up while all of my other lifts are going down? I hit this new PR a few days ago, but I can't make the recomended reps on 5/3/1. Weight is constant at 170 and I get plenty of sleep.

I tried doing GOMAD and didn't realize until two weeks later that it wouldn't work the way I was doing it because my family's always bought skim milk and I never paid attention to kinds of milk until now.

It looks like it was 1,400 calories, which put me at less than the 2,000 calories daily that normal people consume. I probably ended up losing weight if anything.

Everytime I start squatting things are usually fine for about a couple of months, but then my knees start getting inflamed and I have to stop and it takes months for the pain to go away.
I squat ass to grass with what I think is good form.

What the fuck am I doing wrong?
I'm starting to think there's something structurally wrong with my knees, I've always noticed that they point out to the sides as opposed to forwards, could this be the cause?

Flex your hip flexors hard on the way up.
