just start eating activated almonds as a snack and do 50 pushups and situps a day. Also if you drink soda switch to diet soda. Eating better is easy if you stick to healthy places like Subway or only salads at Mcdonalds. You could also try jogging 5-10 minutes a day or take the stairs at places.
Should be able to tone up in about 2 months
