I seriously don't know how tall I am, back in high school I was measured 5'11 feet and the DMV says I was 5'9 and never cared to verify my true height. How do I measure myself in public without looking more autistic than I already am? I don't own a measuring tape or anything

The t-rex fuckers are the people who followed some tiny jpg instead of reading the actual SS book and stuck with it for an entire year or more even though it's just supposed to be a beginner program where you basically learn how to lift and get a bit of muscle base so you aren't just lifting babby weights or hurting yourself trying shit your core can't handle.

Here right now. It's close to me, has good amenities. Doesn't discourage loud noises or chalk use and is open whenever I need it. My biggest issue with the one I go to is that the plates are 12 sided which makes deadlifting a little annoying and there are only 2 squat racks and 3 benches in the entire gym. Overall, I like it and for the price ($27) I can't complain too much.

Because I already cut to 194 from 215 and am working on gaining weight slowly to weigh in at the top of my weight class for my pl meet in July.

Goals: achieve fuccboi mode. Cutting from just above overweight (210 want to get to 175)
Lifted for a while, don't want to put on any more mass. Now I do one hour of cardio a day. 30 mins in the gym, 30 mins regular walking.

You fags never take into account T.E.F thermic effect of food. Protien has 25-35% of every gram burnt off in digestion. Carbs have 10-15% and fat has 5%.

There's a reason why high protien diets work so well for body composition, they're not only muscle sparing but also put you into a slightly higher deficit while on the same calories, if say those calories were put into carbs/fats.

What I've just posted here is literally gold. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't understand it.
