Lifted for a while, don't want to put on any more mass. Now I do one hour of cardio a day. 30 mins in the gym, 30 mins regular walking.

If it fits your macros you shouldn't have a problem. It isn't healthy but it isn't the cancer causing death food everyone spazzes out about. Just check nutrition facts and be aware of saturated fats.

If it fits your calories/macros then you're all good.
Once every 2 weeks on cardio day i eat at McDonalds around 2000-2100kcals

I would eat it a maximum once a week and on a cardio day as a "reward" for maintaining your cut.

That's why it's pretty important not to overdo it with the fast food on the cut, count cals and do your cardio

A big mac/large fries is 1100kcals already. This is probably the only appropriate time to ask for a diet coke since you're actually counting cals.

I do a rough estimate. I lose about 1 pound of fat per week nothing amazing. Diet coke seems like a decent compromise, sugar JUST's you up more then literally anything else..

Your better off ditching the fries and getting another cheese burger or chicken mayo instead. The fries have actually have more calories than the cheese burgers and literally no goodness to them, whereas you at least get some protein from the burger.
