I started on February first. A week ago I was down about 5 kg, but now I'm down only about 3 kg because I wen't off my diet for a week. I destroyed over a month's progress in a week. This may not seem like a big deal to you, but I have 46 kg to go until I'm normal so every kg I gain is weeks added onto my already long sentence.
This diet has been really discouraging. When I first started it, I managed to lose 6.5 kg in three weeks. I thought I over did it a bit so I ate normally for like 4 days and went back up 2 kg. Since then I have basically plateaued and haven't lost any real weight. I have just been bouncing between 111 kg and 113 kg. I thought for sure that because of the progress I made in the first month I would be able to lose the weight this year, or at least within one year, by losing 5 kg a month at least, but that just doesn't seem possible anymore.
I have been trying to lose this weight since 2012. I got to 88 kg in 2013, but gained it all back.

Weighed 141 kg when i was 18, droppen down to 60 kg due to weight loss obsession. Now bulkend up muscle miss to 78 kg, 10 % bf. Finally happy with my body, took me 5 years in total thou. I just changed something in my diet/excercise routine everytime i platted. Always small changes because constant drastic changes Will set you up for failure.
Took it a bit to far going to 60 kg but i was happy as shit i could go out wearing a normal shirt and not be embarresed.

I don't know when your schooling ends, but count calories, eat 1,000c a day, take an ECA 2-3x a day, and do some basic cardio.
At least 1,500c, with the proper macros if you lift.
Even then, you might not reach your goal, but you'll lose weight.
