of the three, or any other cardio options, which one would increase my vitality the most with the least amount of muscle gain. essentially, which is the lightest and healthiest.

I am actually very healthy in terms of i can go long distances and sprint quickly for medium distances. I joined the gym with a friend, and want to avoid losing that sprint potential for extra muscle gain. aka, i like feeling spry and still full of stamina after an all out sprint.

(also, i wouldn't mind increasing my effectiveness in paintball (sprinting many times over a long period of time))

What's the 'Starting Strength' of boxing, in terms of a detailed book that goes in depth with the proper mechanics and form of striking. Most of the books I find are poorly written covering just the basics.

Sup /fit/, im drunk and cant sleep so here it goes.

Today i was out drinking with some friends and some grills said that they dont like guys with narrow hips and big backs, aka dorito mode. Im actually in that mode, not yet but dorito ottermode, my hips are very narrow. I look like jeff seid but skinnier (5'11 150 pounds 10%bf)

So /fit/, grills were drunk, where they telling the truth? If so how can i make my waist bigger?

I can't speak for SEAL but SAS is more a test of mental fortitude than physical ability. To be considered for assessment you have to be capable of not hindering the squad anyway.

i do, twice, sometimes three times a week depending if theres a speciel event. Mostly special k with berries + yohgurt. Sometimes burger king. But i always make them fit into my caloric goal. (i'm at a 1000-800 calorie deficit)

I couldn't stick to my cut (pretty much chicken breasts, baked potato, and butter with like 40% calories from protein at ~1500 cals) because chicken breasts taste HORRIBLE without anything, and yet nothing I could add to make it taste better would fit my macros. Then I found this baby and I've never been tempted to cheat since.
