Recently i've been squatting heavy, usually sticking to triples, doubles, and singles. I used this method to achieve a new PR, which i've hit twice in a row now. Instead of going into the gym and doing the same rep scheme, triples, doubles, working up to a heavy single, i wanted to try some volume.
If i throw in some volume, such as doing 7-8 reps vs only 2 or 3 per set, while also performing 6 sets will this be a waste of time? My goal right now is just to increase my 1 rep max. I don't want to spend a week deviating from that, but I think throwing in a day like this would be beneficial. Can anyone give me some advice??
I've also been performing the same triple, double, single pyramid for many weeks now consistently.

I have found that visualizing certain acts, and other things, helps a lot.
If I'm pissed off I lift harder, but I'm normally in too good of a mood the get pissed off on command.
I'm angry as fuck person and have pretty low temper. That being said I wreck the weights when I go to the gym with a killing mentality. Often I'm angry when I drive to the gym because people in my country just can't drive in my opinion, at least that's what I think. I build up stress from work and commuting with my car so I need to go to the gym many times to release my hatred into steel.
I wish everyday I could start to control my anger and not get frustrated from slight misfortunes. Do I have to meditate or some shit? I know I lift better when I'm angry, but I'd like to feel calmness and just lift with chill. I think it's not healthy for my body to be constantly stressed and angry, hell my heart keeps racing sometimes and my head feels about to explode.

A while, it depends really. Letting your body heal is more important then going to the gym. If you dont rest it could lead to a serious injury that will fuck you for the rest of your life. Be smart, take a break to heal, maybe see a doctor for their opinion.
You need to see a doctor. Becuse some nerves can be trapped in between the shoulder. When my shoulder was dislocated my nerves got caught and i did heavy damage to them. And when you are training your shoulders just do rehab shit for atleast a month

Set point is an excuse for fatties who are addicted to food. When I marathon train, I eat more. As a result, I get more hungry more often wven on very fulfilling foods. When I'm finished, I cut. Yes, I get hungry but I eat less despite my body wanting more. It eventually calms the fuck down because it realizes it doesn't NEED the extra food--it just WANTED it. Fatties fall for their bodies thinking it NEEDS the food.
