when it is feeling bearable but not 100% and you can't wait to get back in the gym: don't start with heavy compound lifts, but do whatever doesn't need strong core engagement

So after having an orgasm a couple of weeks ago, I got this orgasm headache thing where I had this immediate pain in the back of my neck and head that lasted like 5 minutes. I then had it a second time because I couldn't not jack off. It hasn't happened since, but I started having this weird pain in my stomach and heart. I don't understand why so many people spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on supplements, diet and even gear every year to get in summer shape, when they could easily save this money and do a once off liposuction around their waist, of which those fat cells never come back... a rather somewhat ok diet will keep you lean for years, no one would ever know

What would be a combination routine between these two practices?
So I've had this trend where when I'm home from school I gain a lot of weight, and when I go back to college I lose an immense amount of weight.
I began working out over the past summer and started looking pretty big. I weighed myself before I left for school and I was at 195 lbs. (I'm 6' 4"). Just weighed my self after only 3 weeks of being here and I now weigh 174.5 lbs. I noticed I look extremely cut, I can actually see my abs coming in, but I feel for 19 years old this is a bit extreme.
The problem I really have is I've noticed a decrease in the size of some of my muscles. I think my body might be cannibalizing itself now for nutrients because of my shitty diet.
I just simply hate eating, I find it a hassle and when I have my own freedom I only consume like 1000 calories a day. I'm just asking for any advice on how I can increase my appetite and want to eat more so my body will stop fucking itself.
