So I've had this trend where when I'm home from school I gain a lot of weight, and when I go back to college I lose an immense amount of weight.
I began working out over the past summer and started looking pretty big. I weighed myself before I left for school and I was at 195 lbs. (I'm 6' 4"). Just weighed my self after only 3 weeks of being here and I now weigh 174.5 lbs. I noticed I look extremely cut, I can actually see my abs coming in, but I feel for 19 years old this is a bit extreme.
The problem I really have is I've noticed a decrease in the size of some of my muscles. I think my body might be cannibalizing itself now for nutrients because of my shitty diet.
I just simply hate eating, I find it a hassle and when I have my own freedom I only consume like 1000 calories a day. I'm just asking for any advice on how I can increase my appetite and want to eat more so my body will stop fucking itself.
